The OP ranted all over the sales thread, fact of the matter the OP never once emailed me at all, then he filed a dispute right after, so I told him more then once paypal will refund you because of how he filed the dispute, it was even against our site TOS and i didn't even shitlist the guy i figured he would let the process run it's course guess not.

I believe that everything about what went wrong (A.K.A OP's mistakes) is painfully obvious to everyone but him (and his boss, apparently).

Hahahaha the idea that a UK company would try and take someone to court over 30 odd quid because they themselves failed to cancel the contract in time is just the most retarded thing I've ever heard. A UK lawyer would charge five to ten times that just for an hour of their time.

i had venom seo for few months - when ive decided to cancel the payment i legged to paypal - cancelled pre pay authorisation and that was it - simple as that - never had any problems with support - they always have been helpfull
