I am marketer, I hired TOYO to do a mailing for me. I made arrangements for him to mail 10 million emails for me using his list and servers. I wired him $4,000. USD and he even confirmed that he received the wire. After he received the funds TOYO removed me from his skype and blocked me. Its cut and dry. He should be banned from this site, and if anyone knows of any other sites he is on please refer them to this post. I will be posting his info all over the web.

Its a well known Rule, you should not sell anything outside BST or through your signature or PM's without approval from Mods.

I think OP is more concerned about warning others not to do business with you rather than getting you banned. I think he has every right to post this (if it's true), and since you're not denying it, it doesn't look good.

I mailed for him, but given the type of mailing he wanted, the IPs got canned fast by all the ISPs. I never did pump and dump before, but looks like the mail ISPs are pretty vigilant on this type of mailing.

One is a senior member with more than a thousand post, the other one is whatsisname with zero post. None offers any proof except one chat log that can easily be altered.

Unless the accusation is substantiated in any shape or form, I dont think Toyo has to proof anything to anyone

This whole thing sounds very messy. Both parties should open a communication channel and try to resolve this issue in private and then report here only after that. I think the fact that they are not replying anymore is because they might probably be doing just that.

I can somehow theorized what happened.

OP is doing some penny stock newsletter (for pump and dump) and approached Toyo for his mailing service. Toyo was tempted by the huge amount of money, but knew such activity (pump and dump) is illegal since he already studied law.

Assuming that BHW would not support any deals handled outside of the B/S section, Toyo realized this could be an easy way to sucker OP out.
So he accepted the money and ignored him.

Then when this thread was created, Toyo started defending himself with BHW's rules


If the above is true, then Toyo should be banned for scamming a fellow member despite this was done outside of the B/S section.
It is not about whether OP is doing anything illegal since he is only paying someone to do a task. What matters most is the integrity and professionalism. What Toyo did is totally unacceptable.

Toyo's no scammer I did bussiness with him and got exactly what I paid for.as for the mailing part-

I mailed for him, but given the type of mailing he wanted, the IPs got canned fast by all the ISPs. I never did pump and dump before, but looks like the mail ISPs are pretty vigilant on this type of mailing.

As he said he did exactly what he was told and paid for so if the ips got canned quickly its not his fault the op didnt have a clean opt in list.

Well, You are wrong, and if you go to some old shitlist threads, I have seen the admins getting down to the problem, when someone scammed a guy, the deals went outside BHW, but the admins kicked the scammer off because he was a member here.
