I made a $1000 order (285 numbers) on the 6.10.2011 of landlines.
Fortuante sent me 185 numbers and left the order open.
Until this day i didn't got the other 100 numbers ($350 worth)
I've tried Skype, his ticket system and his phone number.
He didn't replied to any of them. Also i saw on his main page that suddenly he lowered the prices what looks suspicious to me

I bought a lot of numbers from him in the last year , big order every time, and i hate that it came to this but that guy is under a rock for the last 18 days.

After Fortuante read my original post he sent me a msg on skype saying its BS and that i'm basically an asshole. I'm going to paste here all of our conversion but for those that don't want to read the all thing and suffer from our bad English i'll sum it up for you.
I payed $1000, $350 worth of numbers were missing from my order,Fortuante avoided me for 20 days, i tried msging him endless times on skype, by phone (on the times he suppose to answer) and in his ticket system. Nothing. When he saw this post (with his fake BHW username) he msged me on skype telling me i'm bs everyone and that he "FORGOT" and made threats that he'll send me useless numbers if i won't take down my post or reply that everything is ok now and he's a great guy. He is really something else

I gave up, he can keep his crappy numbers and my $350. Thank god I got enough money and will still have food on my table with out those $$.
Those $350 are my contribution to the BHW community, to let everyone know what kind of a guy he his. I would suggest all of you avoiding him at all cost. Just be aware that it's not his first or second username on BHW, he got a few on here like other people have already mentioned.

Why did you tell him he could keep the money? That was a huge mistake. You'd better "unsay" that right here, otherwise Forum Staff can reasonably say there is no issue and close the thread.

The beginning of the thread & conversation in Skype looked like you wanted BHW to give you some redress, but if you've basically cancelled the agreement and agreed to forfeit the money, you not only have no reason to be in the SL thread, fortunate isn't obligated to pay you either. Which reduces this to a mere "warning thread".

Fortunate is combative sometimes, but he is intelligent. Intelligent enough to deal with you correctly when he calms down, lol. But if you don't want the money back, or the numbers, what can he (or anyone else) do for you?

Having done business with Fortunate for quite awhile now, I think it's laughable that OP creates a thread to alert everyone to 'be careful' when dealing with Fortunate when all he had to do was contact Fortunate directly and I'm sure any issue would have been resolved quickly.

I almost didn't bother posting a reply to this retarded thread, but it annoys me to see the idiots that create threads like this trashing someone that obviously runs a legitimate business - and takes good care of their customers.

Ask anyone who does business with Fortunate and they'll tell you exactly the same thing - he takes good care of his customers.

haha those emails every 2 minutes with different info was ridiculous. I just found a new guy im trying, i have used fortunate in the past he is a straight up guy, does he still have numbers? this guy i bought from today at On Q Media has numbers they work... a little pricey maybe... but if its the only game in town... its better than no numbers. quick delivery too, under 2 hours.

I have bought numbers from Fortunate / USLandlines for months and sure, he gets backed up sometimes but always delivers as promised. And when the rules changed recently and a lot of numbers were not allowed, Fortunate replace 2500 number free of charge, when UltimateSEO said he will not replace any. You pick.

There have been some fairly significant changes to the CL number game, which has left everyone scrambling. It is during times like these where you get to see people's true colors. We have dealt with fortunate for sometime, and he has ALWAYS been honest and fair with us - and has replaced numbers based on his stated policies, even during this whole mess with the new CL filter.

Like some of the smarter posters on this thread have said, Fortunate runs a legitimate business, while his main competitor runs a fly-by-night operation and constantly changes his story.

Have some of Fortuante's numbers been blocked by CL? Of course. But this is happening across the board, and from speaking to him extensively I am 100% confident that he does everything in his power to avoid this. Anyone saying that he scammed them seems incapable of actually carrying out a professional relationship. The OP is a perfect example. Instead of dealing with the situation reasonably, he choose to lash out publicly on a forum, sounding like a child that was having a tantrum.

At the end of the day, as long as we continue buying numbers we will continue to use Fortunate. Why? Because he is the only seller out there who is both honest and properly equipped to deal with the ever-changing CL landscape.
