Scammer's BHW username: Hydro

The thread i opened is called: "[NEED] Withdraw service" and is located on the "Want To Buy" section. (i written the topic's name because i cannot post urls)

In little words, i asked if someone could withdraw funds from my past limited paypal accounts and then reverse them on a reloadable vcc which i could use for purchases.

First this guy asked 10% for the service, then asked 20% and after he disappeared with ALL the money (about $7200).

Also, this guy after some time disabled all VCC's on which the money were reversed and then he disappeared from Skype. (Skype ID: software.samurai - Skype name: Hydro)

I have tried to call him trough Skype, but any reply at all. Trying to send sms and any sign of life. Also this member came online today on BHW but he disappeared totally from Skype for about 2 days.

Currency exchanges aren't allowed on BlackHatWorld. Any requests of the kind that are caught by staff are promptly deleted, and now you know why.

There's little to nothing that can be accomplished with this thread seeing as you were breaking the TOS by arranging that kind of transaction here.

I would consider your money gone...

If someone is capable of removing the limits what do you think they are gonna do with the cash???

They have noincentive to give you your money back not only that, your limited accounts were likely fake names so it's not like you can report this to the cops...

for the record... That member is well known for scamming people. I've seen a number of threads pop up about him.

i dont understand why that guy has not been banned yet, this is a few times now i have seen his name pop up for scamming ppl

i just had to say this, your avator is so fucking cool.

This will be a rough lesson for you man. Also I find it crazy that you trusted some guy online with 7.2k... I personally have fried with even larger amounts of money when I was younger but I always believe that is just the way it is...I believe that those mistakes always puts me into right directions afterwards - I start working harder and generate even bigger profits. I believe that cold showers or kicks in a but (whatever you call it) are useful as a wake up call.

i will say ban hydro if he committed such thing.

Hydro is permanently banned for offering currency exchange services and the OP is banned for 1 week for creating 2 threads requesting them.
