Ok guys this is my first shit list thread and hope it will be the last.
Want to present one more scammer here, nickname "richman"

As all you can see this is his thread:

So recently this guy "richman" has some new scripts package, where i can get for 6 scripts + full access to some mastermind group etc for $499.

You can check it here (at the top of this picture you can clearly see logo of next plugin site, so it's the same guy)



After i paid and waited for almost a week i contacted him to check what is going on, and when i can get my products. I got answer similar to this one "this scripts not exists yet, and i will have to wait god knows how long until i get it"

So i said ok i don't want to wait please refund me my money. It's passed 2 weeks and i got nothing, i tried to contact him and got few responds where he said something about blocked PP.

After almost 3 weeks (today) i sent few PM to "richman" and it was like this:

3. I am working as an outsourcing or freelance programing / designer on nextplugin, I am working on some parts of PHP programing and css display at the fb plugin. This does not mean if you have a problem with a member over there, you can involve me. I thought you were chatting with them.

4. If you still accuse me, I immediately reported to the admin here.

richman is one of the finest designers at BHW...moreover..he has an iTrader of 131..I think you people are having some miss-communication....

Dave doesn't own BHW anymore and dragging Pofeckers name into this is not going to help you.

It seems that the issue revolves around your signature and whether or not you are involved with the company the OP is having a dispute with. Now that you've openly shared that you are involved with them, the question becomes if you did indeed participate in any shady sales behaviour.

...and I'm not taking sides I'm just clarifying.

I told richman to come back and answer these claims.

All anyone has to do is look at the original thread posted by the OP. I read through it and seriously Richman makes it sound like he's writing the script himself. Every post of his says "I will" make this change or that change or add that feature. Everything is "I", "I", "I" until the last post where he claims he's just promoting a product and not involved with it. Until that last post I would have assumed like everyone else that this is HIS product. Nothing in the earlier posts says he's working with a 3rd party and everything he wrote says he's making the mods.

This is the problem with jvs. Richman was obviously in this with a partner and the partner crapped out. That doesn't relieve the liability for the advertiser who promoted this program, kept the thread alive and said he personally was making the changes and doing the coding. Sucks when it happens but own up to what really happened and because of your good reputation and quick responses to the thread at least a couple BHW members got scammed because of your poor choice of a partner.

If you had been honest and said it's a 3rd party you're working with and it's a new partnership then I think everyone would have been more cautious. To promote this as your own product with your good reputation then you need to admit your promotion inadvertently cost some people good money and yes it is your fault even if you didn't get the money. You promoted it as your own product and members thought because of your promotion they were buying from you. That isn't their fault but rather yours.

JMHO and I hope everyone gets their money back.

I was a freelance nextplugin fb plugin, but I do not know anything about the mastermind product are you talking about, or about your transactions with them.

about my name on their website, I was given a commission to sell their plugins. only to the extent that, nothing more.

I've given you their email, and I see you are communicating with them.

if you have a problem with nextplugin, contact them via their email.
I will help as much as possible, so that's your problem with them can be resolved.

Why would someone pay for the plugin on their site and then PM you here to get access?

If you were reselling their plugin then that wouldn't be the case, they would handle everything and you wouldn't need confirmation.

Also, if it's your plugin as you've claimed in previous threads; why would you only accept a commission?

my honest opinion on richman is this. I have done ton's of work with him on web design and he has been all but professional but i doubt richman has the skills to properly code. So its evident he was working with a third party jv on this. What i believe is this the third party is use richman's status and itrader get customer's and rich would get a percentage out of the cut by posting a Product in his signature. Now as its evident something went wrong and what probably happen is that the jv partner probably still has those links up and baiting customer to pay for a product which currently isn't usable. Which now Richman is being held responsible for. So if something did change on the site its probably richman noticing that his name is being slander due to his jv partner.

the customer bought product after seeing richman's threads/posts/signature in bhw.

This looks very bad for Richman, especially since his BHW ID is on that cached page, and he took it offline in attempt to cover his tracks.

No matter how you slice it he is responsible, either he allowed someone to use his name in which case he is on the hook, or he is directly involved in this mess.

Is the real Richmans paypal limited too ?

its a digital product, so i assume less chance for the buyer.. (paypal dispute)

My point is:

- if you sell someones else product here then anything else you will sell in feature could be 3th part product (JV)
- if they don't ban you now that means you can do next stupid JV and took more money (but I still don't believe this was JV, but that you are one behind scam)

It doesn't seem like a JV but i have been doing business with richman and honestly if he mysteriously learn how to code within a 3 week period of time, I just don't see him being able to code a click jacking plugin or any other plugin's for that matter. But i can clearly understand your points

What i suggest we do is have a mod or someone check to see if his paypal account is banned if it is . Then we have our answer that it is indeed a scam and richman should either refund the money and or be banned... plain and simple

He's got a few hours left to honestly participate in this thread or he won't be a member here any longer.

I don't appreciate slack ass attitudes when the very people complaining are the same people he's trying to sell services to.

actually, he has been able to code php for me as well. richman's coding team isn't just one person, afaik he's only the project manager. it seems that richman is a little more than a "reseller" here, but the only thing that's a bit weird is that I know that the paypal address above is not his based on dealings with him. I also attempted to send money to it and paypal never said that "this seller can't take money at the time" meaning it's not likely to be limited.

To clarify: They are separate PP accounts and as such there is no point in asking if his personal PP is locked. The evidence at hand is pretty obvious that he's involved somehow, it's just all muddled. It's up to richman to clarify the details or face being held accountable for everything.

I can confirm richman is legit for design work, not sure about anything else. But honestly why would you buy such plugins promising instant riches? They were bound do be fake.
