I paid him 12$ for a VCC and he delivered but after 2 days my paypal got limited and i got a mail from paypal that "We noticed some unusual activity on a credit card linked to your PayPal
account." and i lost my 73$ that i had in my paypal + 12$ that i paid him, and when i contacted him, he just ran away removed me from his gtalk.

so take care you dont buy anything from this guy. Actually i met him on DP and DP is full of scammers like this guy.

IMHO. nothing we can do related to paypal limitation, neither you or kamal.

But before buying this guys was like no risk involved and everything, i asked him 2-3 times if there is a risk of getting my paypal limited and this guys said i give you a gurantee that nothing will happen.

Yup DP sucks, I always outsource my business on BHW. I dont want to go other forums

I suppose it depends on the product you buy. I bought his ebook to open a US bank account and it went well.

At this time Paypal bans a lot of VCC's , even if you add VCC from virtual-cc you can get limited.

Yeah but not just is it lesson not to buy from DP its also lesson to scammers. Please lets make sure to out scammers when you are scammed. You could be saving someone else. Thanks for the warning bro. Be glad is was under 100 dollars.
