Ok so i have opened this thread to Shitlist the user: ☠☠☠Hustle.Hard☠☠☠

I had made an investment of $50 to him based on the details in his thread:

I was unsure at first due to the un-professional replies he was giving but then i decided to give it a go and see what happens since its not $100 .

So i did , I sent him $50 to his Paypal email: Email removed as per request by OP

And in his thread he promised regular communication . So after a few weeks i kinda got pissed and thought shall i send him an email. So i did email him a good few times and i got no reply.

I decided then to file a complaint via Paypal and funnily enough he emailed me back:

So of course I added him via the Skype address he later on provided and he never came online.

2-3 days later i got an email from PP saying they decided in my favour which i was not suprised about and the money would clear by Aug 12th and end up in my account.

So then i noticed the money didnt come into my account on the 12th and today i got an email stating that:

Dear Removed Name,

The refund sent by Email removed as per request by OP did not clear from the sender's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your PayPal account.

Please contact Email removed as per request by OP regarding this refund.

So i guess that means that either he genuinely has no money to pay or that he is a scammer. Either way i want to open this shitlist thread to get an answer and my money back..

Most scammers get the payment, and immediately transfer it over to some other PP account so even if someone files a dispute there's no way the buyer/sender is gonna get his/her money back.

If something seems too good to be true, it mostly is!

Oxonbeef was quite right here:

If you double $0.01, 28 times you would have over $1,000.000.
So if your method is so good why need anyone else?

Like i told you I was locked out of my email for some odd reason gave you my Skype was online for days and today was the only time i wasnt online till now then you you added me, and Came at me all disrespectful, . which i dont mind its the internet.

I refunded your money, yes it did not clear I thought It will just overdraft my bank and I take the hit on the charges but it did not do that. sorry.

Our JV was with the understanding that I will Pay you back etc on the 31st of this month. So you charge me back even though I have not scammed you or anything, gave you my Skype etc I am also online here everyday yet you do not PM me here voicing your concerns.

So basically you just got trigger happy sort of speak and decided to charge back ( eventhough in the JV thread I made it clear I will not be able to pay you back till the 31st ) Its is not the 31st yet So I have not Lied scammed you or nothing. If anything You failed on your end and decided to just cause trouble and dirty my name just cause you got trigger happy/.

So what did you do with my money that i sent you ? Buy cola?

Because you dont lend money from someone then not have enough to pay it back etc. I added you on Skype 2 days after i sent the investment and even messaged you from my phone.

Also i didnt get trigger happy. Would you be abit worried if you got no communication?

I didnt do a chargeback , Just a simple dispute

Also if i failed on my end , Then why did i even do a dispute? Your the one that didnt deliver so please dont give everyone a twisted story.

As Bk said above , If it was a good investment with a good ROI then why did you need to lend the money from people on BHW? You have friends and family for that i guess so ask them.

Im not going to argue with you, I spoke the truth. What i do with your investment I spent it On the method and like the JV thread says We Will not get paid till the 31st hence no money in the account, Its not as easy as getting money and letting it sit and gain interest, It called a investment cause I must invest it.

As i said to you on Skype .

No communication was made via Email or BHW PM letting me know what was happening.

It just didnt work out for you.
