Well long story short:

He got money of serveral BHW members and ever since that he isnt able to get in touch with.

I transfered the money (900$) via bankwire , because he had problems with paypal. He seemed like a very legit guy.
A lot of reputable members backed him up - and also he had a good itrader account. Now this reputable members got "tricked" too.



If I am allowed I will post all Data I have from him.

so its only been 15 days.... where as he says the the investors will get their money back by month 6.

And he may be on the beach, but fuck it, I want my money back. You don't ask members to join your JV, send you money and then disappear, wheter you have the time of your life or you are going under surgery. He took our money, it's up to him to keep up with the commitment.

And if he's no scammer, he will come back online sooner or later, he will see this thread and will refund anybody who asks for it.

But he probably knows we are all waiting for his replies, he was online on skype for a minute or so a few days ago and a few of us tried to get a hold of him. He has never been online ever since.

His name is Mehmet Aksoy, if you search the name online, there is turkish sculptur ("one of the major sculptors in modern Turkey", wikipedia) with the same name. It should be fun to build a site to expose his scam and rank it for the name.

It shouldn't be hard, especially if we combine our efforts. It could be a reason for him to finally reach out and give us our money back. Then we would take the site down.

The police report is a good idea. Legal action against him should be considered, since we are a good bunch and all our money combined should be more than a few thausands.

Let's see how many we are.

To be honest all you need to do is research is previous Clickbank products and all have failed. Second, when someone has 'problems with PayPay' is big fat red flag and finally if he was doing so well with good record and good history then why would he need your money to launch new products?

I will never participate in a JV with someone i dont know epecially when the JV involves cold hard cash. This is a blach hat forum and the last place to be looking for business partners. The great thing about IM is there are so many ways to make money online working for yourself with the need for for JVs.

Well, I hate to see when these kind of things happen. Eric had been on the forum for awhile and built up a bit of rep. I'm sure he had the best of intentions, but it looks like there were a lot of assumptions being made on his part that he was counting on to make some guarantees.

As an investor you should really look closely at a deal where someone offers these type of guarantees. If it looks to good to be true, then you should always consider it a highrisk investment. What if the proposed plan doesn't succeed? Where will the money come from to refund your investment? If someone has enough money to give all the money back to the investors in case something goes wrong, then why does he need the investors at all? These are things that should be looked at before sending someone your money.

Like I said, I'm sure Eric had all the best intentions, I'm just wary about those 'You have nothing to lose but A LOT to gain' type of guarantees. It just isn't realistic to make guarantees based on an expected on success which is typically what's going on in these deals.

Maybe things are still going as planned and he'll actually get back to everyone about it. I hope so because I hate to keep seeing things like this turning up in the shitlist.

yes he did say 6 months wait time but he did say the sites will be ready to roll in about 2 weeks or something from the investment, but as soon as he received the money, he went missing never to see this guy online ever after, appears here after 3 weeks assures its all fine and that he will be online once every 2 days, then disappears again.

its not the wait that bothers people around here, it is the lack of communication and the fact that he didn keep up his end of the bargain as to maintaining commmunication during the process.
he even came back after 3 weeks.. sayin.. his internet was down for 4 days but that doesn make up for the 3 weeks of absense.plus the numerous mails all those people who invested in him asked him for.

Anyone who GUARANTEE'S you a 300% ROI in 6 months wouldn't be asking for your money in the first place, they can print their own.....

I'm honestly not upset due to the 1,200.00 as whenever I do something like this I understand it is a gamble. My real issue is his lack of contacting anyone (in my case, me) after several messages were sent.

If he said, "BTB, this didn't work out, I am sorry", I would probably just wish him well and move on... not every business succeeds; if anyone knows that it is me.

His not contacting anyone is what I have an issue with as that is not professional in the least bit.

You should really wait for some response first from Erik himself if that is possible and after that do as you decide. But i know he should atleast message all of you back so you know what is happening with your investments.

He owes me $500 for something I did for him, basically it became a constant oh I'll give it to you in june, than it was july, multiple different dates...Than it became August 2nd, than that passed. Still no response, basically at this point I feel he was just using me.

Maybe something tragic happened but if he didn't keep pushing the date back multiple times than just cut off all connection of communication it smells too much of a scam for me.

He owes me money as well. This is for 3 jobs I did for him dating back to June.

It is not just the JV investors that are getting screwed.

well folks, i feel bad for all of you if he doesn't come through but he said "6 months" and i don't think anyone has exceeded that. it is a concern that he hasn't been on here in like 2 weeks though and is not responding to calls or messages.

With all due respect, he has failed to live up to his agreements. He agreed to keep these people updated regularly and he has not.

Also, if you would have read the whole thread, there are at least 2 people who were working for him that he did not pay for at least some of their work. I know this for a fact because I am one of the ones that he did not pay for work done. He still owes me for work that I completed for him in June.
