WARNING: uday.apollo1...FLAKE, SCAMMER
I bought a bunch of PVAs from uday a while back. All of them were no good & he did not honor his 72 replacement guarantee. He didn't even return my emails. In my first hand experience in dealing with him; he is a FLAKE & a SCAMMER. I would recommend not doing business with him, unless you want to lose your money like I did.
As a side note, I just went thru his posts & he has offered his services as a CL poster, supply PVAs, web designer and more. I guess he's just the jack of all trades or just trying to get money any way he can.

I agree, as I am considering allowing him to verify some accounts for me.

Unfortunately that's not always the case. But the OP should post evidence or proof of this sort of accusation. Just posting stuff without backup is just not a good thing to do when reputations, (both parties) are at stake.

so wrong.
date you registered here is one year ago, not two.
and we had members here with way more reputation then you have who also scammed people here.
so what you say are really no reasons why you shouldn't have scammed the op.
don't get me wrong, i won't say you actually did it.
but your reasons are worth nothing.
anyway, i wish both of you that you still sort it out friendly.

We've seen mods being banned here!
If you're at fault, you'll be banned, no matter how active you are.
And in one yr, out of 102 posts, you were not able to one good post. So you've not contributed anything to the forum yet.

I think the seller isn't a Scammer, it would be nice if you guys solve it personal other than posting it here and making it a MESS

Re: uday.apollo1 WARNING
Dear Johnwarren,
How can you call me a scammer? We have not dealt with each other earlier and the one which JohnBHL is talking about is around a year old. He didnt contact me after november 2010 and suddenly appears in BHW saying i am a flake / scammer. He sent me a PM that he will ruin me on BHW.
if YOU ALL REALLY believe him please ask him to submit the email conversations as well where i have denied giving him the pvas he ordered.
could you please re-read my post and let me know the words where I labelled you as a scammer? I just gave a general opinion.

Re: uday.apollo1 WARNING
I dont think its right to accuse uday.apollo1 of being a scammer.
Also consider that OP has just joined BHW a month back. And if he is a noob, well most of em are cry babies. When they cant handle stuff, they start playing the blame game.
OP must post some evidence. I am sure lots of senior members will be giving it their unbiased opinions.
Either of one should get banned, either for scamming or for destroying the seller repo.

Agreed! I Hope Bigbuddy will sneak through the issue soon..
OP and the Seller, go ahead and Post your Proofs

Re: uday.apollo1 WARNING
OP, unless you produce proofs of the "scam" it isn't considered a scam.
There is also nothing wrong in someone offering multiple types of services. Everyone wants to earn money from any ways they can.
So please give some proofs of the "scam"...
Read the rules >>
1. BigBuddy writes this (Read it completely):
Code:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/shit-list/232918-read-before-opening-shit-list-thread-get-banned.html
2. Pofecker writes this, and I quote some of the important points from his Rules thread:
Quote:
From here on out, anyone caught falsely or prematurely accusing someone of being a scammer in The Shit List will be permanently banned from the forum at our discretion. Because, frankly, it's getting to be a little god damned ridiculous, especially when only about 25% of the claims in The Shit List were actual scams. It's not fair to the person who's falsely accused, and it's not fair to BHW to cast us in such a negative light. SO, pay close attention:
BEFORE posting a thread in The Shit List, you MUST try to contact the member using ALL means necessary. Waiting 24-48 hours might be a good idea.
State your case completely and clearly, including any evidence you have.
Unquote
Ref.:
Code:

So OP, read/follow those words please and fulfill all the clauses mentioned in those threads.

Re: uday.apollo1 WARNING
It's not the amount of money or # of PVAs that are question:
1) It's the point that I did not get the product I paid for (PVAs didn't work, nor were they replaced with working ones)
2) In business a person should be a man of thier word. They should do what they say they are going to do. If they don't they are a flake, that is the definition of a flake and he readily he admits to not following thru in doing what he said he was going to do.
3) The worst part of this is that it costs a person (me) much valuable time lost which translates into a great deal of money far exceeding the amount of the initial purchase.
4) Either do it or don't do it, I don't care. Just please do what you say you were going to do and don't jerk a person around for 3 months.
If all sellers (& buyers too) would follow these basic fundamental business principals, it would make it a whole lot better to do business for everyone invovled .
Thank you

Re: uday.apollo1 WARNING
Are you disputing the e-mails above or are they accurate?
Looks to me like, although the first time he sent you dead ones and it was certainly a hassle he did replace them all. (Good customer service on the replacements but poor customer service on sending dead ones in the first place - all in all it worked out in the end though which is probably why you purchased more).
The second time he sent you all but 1 good one and quickly replaced the 1 bad one. Then you are blaming him for PVAs you have had (and presumably been posting on) for weeks going bad? He clearly offers 72 hour replacements but IMO it would not be right to demand a new PVA after you have been using it for weeks as this is likely why it is dead.
Just my opinion though feel free to respond to that and give more info, obviously the whole story is not here yet?

Re: uday.apollo1 WARNING
First of all I want to start by saying I don't know either of these members.
If the whole story is in those emails, and they are complete and accurate... then my opinion is no scam here. During that period of time many PVA producers as well as individuals had a really bad time with creation and PVAs being taken out in droves.
If you are calling this person a scammer because PVAs that he sold to you at that time with a 72 hour guarantee, went bad after two weeks of use, as far as I'm concerned, that's an unreasonable expectation and claim.

Re: uday.apollo1 WARNING
After reading the long email conversations between the OP and Uday, I guess a few points can be derived:
1. Uday.appollo1 is NOT a scamster and does not deserve to be on the shit list. I am giving him a plus rep for his work.
2. The seller has clearly stated his guarantee period as 72 hours. So if the service fails after that, it is unfair to blame the seller!
3. Uday.appollo1 has been very courteous and polite in his conversations, while the OP has been pushing Uday to give him replacements with the bait of future business.
4. The OP raises a fuss about something that happend over 8 months ago; he seems new here and I see him being just disgruntled and wanted to smear mud on uday.appollo1.
I'm not a mod here to take a decision, but if I was, I'd close this thread with the provided information, unless the OP has some more information to support his case. Maybe the OP needs a warning/infraction at least, if not a ban!

Re: uday.apollo1 WARNING
Why people post here when they have nothing to do with the issue is beyond me *cough*seoguru13*cough*
I just have to read more stuff and that is time i could have spend helping the less fortunate, calling my grandma or learning little Timmy how to read.
This is why we can't have nice things.
Anyways, seller is banzord. He was banned here before.
And OP, need i really remind you that selling/buying cl pvas is not allowed here?
Shitlisting someone for that is like going to the cops and saying "someone stole my heroin".
Now you have no money AND no pvas, funny how that works out huh?
Lesson learned, i hope.
Regards.
