Mugshots who owns a "reputation repair company" is an obvious fraud. I worked for him for about a week. He offered me a pay scale of $3500 a month to start. I was doing cold calls. After a few days of cold calls and not making a sale (which I was NOT required to get for my paycheck, I only had to make the calls) he said he was going to move me somewhere I worked better. He also said I would have a contract, which I never got. I asked him for it days in a row with either the responses "It'll come this coming Monday" or "He hasn't had time to do it yet". Always something along those lines. He then informed me that for that month, I was getting paid early (the 27th). I said okay. He then later informed me that I was only getting a partial paycheck. I said okay, money is money and I was fine with that. A little after that, I asked him that instead of my paycheck if I could just get $1500 to start up some ebay resale I was looking at doing. He said sure and the monday would be here on Monday. It's tuesday night and still NO money. He said he'll western union it to me but not paypal, which I can understand except for the fact that I don't yet have my bank account set up. It's not even the fact that I'm not paid yet that's making me post this. If everything connected, which it doesn't, then I would be more than fine waiting even a week to get it because things happen. Why am I skeptical?
Well, *** told me he was a military police officer for 8 years. He told me he was deployed to Afghanistan 8 times. I doubt it.
He also states that he's taking 50 members of BHW to Las Vegas, Nevada from October 15th to October 20th, paying $500 for them to do whatever, room service, and their flights. That alone at the minimum would cost about $100,000. I know multiple people who he has asked investments of, but if he's got all this money to throw around why does he need investors?
In addition to this, he's told me plenty of things about all this staff he works with, his building, how they have office parties, etc. I've never been able to speak with another person who worked for him, never been able to get a picture of the office building. I was skeptical so I asked for pictures of his office party. He said he'd send them to me. About 20 minutes later when I prompted him for them again, no response.
I texted his number that was posted as his on his facebook. This is how the conversation went:
Me: Hey boss.
His number: wrong number
Me: ? This is Tim, lol.
His number: nope this is kay
Me: Oh okay do you have ***s #?
His number: no I know no ***.... or Tim.....
Me: This is ***s # from >Company name here< It's a registered number under his name. Dude if you can't pay me just tell me.
I asked him for his number today to see what he'd say (because I assume it was him acting or SOMETHING) and he told me that "He doesn't give that information out" even when I was supposedly working for him. His reason? "Marketers prank me. I'm a pretty private guy" Post whatever chat logs you want from me ***, I don't care. I just want people to know the truth or I want to get the payment I was told I'd be receiving and worked for.
There's many more points that I can make but they're pretty obvious and it's obvious I'm not the only one skeptical. I approached him for work and got a "job" which I'm pretty sure I was dragged along being told that I "would get paid"
I have no proof that he promised me money or any of the things stated but I do have chat logs saying that he would pay me (we got in to an argument today) and if you ask him yourself you're going to get the same answers.
