So I contact one of the moderators 'WizGizmo' and he suggested me to open a thread here to make the refund claim OFFICIAL.

So the thing is that many of us recently purchased YTA (YouTube Advertiser) whose developer and seller is arbydee2. His profile link is: hxxp://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/101985-arbydee2.html

His software recently became worthless and many of us (especially who didn't even get a chance to use the software) want a refund and arbydee isn't replying/responding to anyone. And it's not like he's not seeing these threads and PMs because he has been coming online on BHW. Just checked his profile.. Last activity: 07-19-2011

Arbydee I request you to refund me and everyone else who asks for it since we don't want to use this software.

Exactly, I didn't even get to use the program yet and now he prohibits the use of it.

I would like a refund please.

IMHO partial refund would be much more better for both sides and not full refund (full refund to those 30 day guarantee dudes)

Hopefuly arby comes back and does not vanish like CPAdiamond did few months ago with all profits.

How about doing a chargeback with your cc company ?

I would suggest also you be resonable. If you've had it for a while then chalk it up to a loss, if you just got it/limited use of it then a refund is reasonable.

As an example someone who has been pounding away for 6 months and raking in the dough, IMO, is not entitled to a refund; nothing lasts forever especially with YT who is constantly changing how they do stuff. Think of all the time he has spent on support and updates in the past before this. Just something to ponder.

I have escalated the case to a claim, because for 6 days he did not respond, lets hope plimus refunds me back

I'm also quite piss here, i wrote to arbee and he never has replied back, i have openned a dispute on PP nobody has answered, will try with plimus now !

I think this guy arbee at least should respond...

If he decides to run away with the money he made, then he will be the one to lose. Because if he could just refund the people that ask for it, people would have respect for him and buy his future products. Now no one will trust him.

But I think he would rather choose to build another user name here on bhw and escape from his liabilities...

this is why the "updates for life" is all bs.. anyone notice everyone just makes a new program and will have you buy that later? this isnt arbys first program I believe..

I paid plimus using VCC ,so I dont know how I will get my money back
the software got banned on 24th day from my purchase.
I didnt open a dispute hoping Arby will find a solution for this thing..
