I'm not a moderator here, but to my understanding no one can be banned for having a funny avatar. I'm not saying its cute or nice, but its just funny. Secondly, even if you click on the unsubscribe button and you get mails, I guess you can mark his emails as spam and chuck them into the SPAM folder.

Don't we all get the buy viagra, penis enlargement, sex with horse kind of mails every day!
