As per my Want TO Buy thread here http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackha...ml#post3035754 , user "AllExpert" scammed me and is refusing to refund me for a worthless/junk/dishonest product.

I paid him for 1000 new facebook accounts, and the majority of them were disabled, deleted or roadblocked .

He responds by making dishonest claims about them all working and "quality", and it being the fault of my IP, and that they were fresh accounts.
All of that is a lie. I can disprove all of his lies very easily, and proof can be provided.

Basically here is the gist of the issue as per the original buy thread:


1. Anyone can test accounts without logging in to show they are disabled, just by searching. It is not an IP issue (my IPs work with every other accounts),just a crap seller issue. It is very easy for anyone to prove they are junk accounts, on fresh IPs, doesnt matter, they were banned well before they were even sold to me.

2. The ones that wern't roadblocked (but that was the majority of them), were already used and resold to someone else before me, and being used at the same time I was using them. I can easily prove this, but he keeps lying through his teeth about this, even though I have proof.

3. I told him the majority of accounts were all useless, and I asked for a refund. He got back to me after the time I needed them by, and suggested he would give me more accounts. I said Id rather not have junk, and just want a refund.

I have requested a refund several times, he refused under any circumstances, so now I am requesting it here, and saving others the trouble of buying crap off this dodgy character.

Paypal dispute?

In the process of Paypal dispute. However, I felt it was my duty to warn others that this guy sells the lowest quality worthless crap you can buy, and of his dirty underhanded tactics to take your money, give you a worthless old / unusable junk product, lie about it, then refuse to offer any refund.

Avoid at all costs, seek another user for any sort of account creation (I can recommend some), this guy will just steal your money, lie, then give you a bad review.

User replied this in another thread, but I directed him here to keep it clean.

AllExpert continues to write lies to make me look bad, when he is the scammer. Mate, simply refund me and you can save yourself some trouble.

Those accounts have been disabled just because you have spammed a lot and didn't take care while using those accounts ...

I didn't knew that before because I don't look what people are doing by those accounts ... Just checked them now without logging into them.

I was offering him replacement without even checking the accounts ...
I also offered that if accounts will not work second time then I will refund but he refused to take replacement as his target was fulfilled already....

More lies. Yes, go ahead check those accounts, they are some of the few that worked out of thousands. I of course did use some. But eveb on those above accounts there is even proof on their wall post that they were being used by someone else. I think every example above they have Liked some french canadian coffee company, which was done by someone else, not me. Some even had a friend or two already. Proof they are resold junk.

Also, it is easily disproven that my IP is not the issue, of the thousands of accounts you can search the users in facebook before logging in, and when there is no search result, it is pretty clear they are deleted, and when you try to login, it is confirmed. I have used thousands of accounts after this from other sellers, on the exact same IP I used, and they worked perfectly.

I also received messages from Facebook that my account was also logged in to at a time after the date I purchased the accounts, from locations that were not mine. Nothing to do with the proxy in original setup. Further indication and proof they were resold junk and being used by multiple people.

However most of the accounts were roadblocked or deleted before I even logged in, fresh IP or not.

This is all proven 100% truth. If you then try to call me a liar and say they all worked or it's my fault even though I can prove you're selling junk, then this makes you look like even more of a scammer. At least have the dignity to admit you made a mistake, it happens, I understand. I have bought several thousands of accounts before, and sometimes they will be junk/deleted, but every time the seller has offered me a refund without me even asking.

AllExpert simply be a professional and refund me, or continue to dig your hole deeper.

The seller who delivered accounts and after a week offered replacement for bad accounts or the buyer who used accounts spammed using them and then said accounts are crap, he will not accept replacement just refund the money (as he has gain his target from accounts now he wants his money back as well (If it was so then why didn't you ask me for free accounts ?)) ...

I have added a few sample accounts from the beginning of the list ... Anyone else wants the proof that "accounts used by him" I'm ready to provide ...

Scam is what, if he took you money and ran away in few secs after receiving your money..

It easily proves he is not totally wrong person..

But I think, there is some misunderstanding going on with you guys, which you guys can solve in private conversation between you two..

Now AllExpert is making up more stuff saying I went out of my way to like someone else's company in Canada (these accounts like multiple businesses in Montreal, nothing to do with me, and I could care less if those companies were banned from Google/FB), more lies. No one would go out on a limb and go to all this fuss if they were not actually ripped off.

Yes, a bare minimum of the accounts worked (which were crap anyway because they were being used already), but the majority did not work at all, through no fault of my own, they were blocked. When I pointed out the problem he refused to refund. Anyone else would offer a refund. He said at the time he could not refund, as he didnt have the money. The product I was sold was not what was offered, was resold, and mostly blocked accounts before I even used them, that is a scammer and a liar.

It sounds like in the past he has been a good seller, which is why I bought from him. But now when he delivers a faulty product he takes abso-lutely no responsibility or admission and pushes blame over to the seller and makes up stuff about me and is gutless. Not cool. Avoid AllExpert.

Well I had used services of "AllExpert" in the past and it has been pretty good for me. But if I talk about the last time, I took 100 Gmail PVA and i left them unused for 7 days to age them a bit. I was about to use them for Google Places but when I checked after 7-8 days..BANG...all were disabled!!

I asked the seller to check and confirm and if he could do anything to recover or replace them but he simply refused and said the same reason to what he gave to OP here!!

He also said that it was my mistake that i didn't used them within 48-72 hours lol (whats the use of buying PVA then)

Thats my experience so far and that was my last day with AllExpert!!

When I urgently needed the accounts (within hours) you said you would check and would be back in a minute, didnt come back, so I called you in Pakistan, desperate to get accounts ASAP, this was about 6 hours later, then you said you would be back online in 1 hour, then only about 4 hours you were. I asked for replacement, you said you could not deliver in the time I asked.

By this time I had to arrange urgent replacement products from a reliable seller, and I told you it was too late.
So a replacement now is useless.

If you can now accept that your accounts were at fault, then surely you can also accept responsibility and refund me. If you refund me, I will stop the claim.

After delivering the original product much later than you said (you said 1 hour was how long it takes), I waited several hours, slept then had to go away for a few days the next morning, and you delivered it after that, well after an hour.

Anyway I required them urgently, (youd already blown out my time budget every single time you promised something by a certain time, you would always take much longer) which is why I called you specially in Pakistan after waiting all day when I found and told you they were mostly locked/used and you had not got back to me regarding checking them, and I asked you to come online ASAP, you said you would be online in 1hr, but didnt come on until much later again than you said you would. Due to the urgency I was not prepared to wait for another indefinite bullshit time frame you give like 24 hours or more days when the work was already overdue, (and me requesting a replacement several times) and after waiting all day for you (after you said you would check them now), after the issue going on and you not fixing the problem all day I finally said if you cant replace in 10 mins to offer a refund right there as, and you couldnt replace what I ordered . So I used someone else who didnt sell me USED, JUNK, LOCKED PRODUCTS, and delivered in 10 minutes, as the job had to be done right then, and any later was too late.

So now that you have accepted your product was junk and you are responsible (and that I will not waste any more time, proxies or effort on testing your crap product), a replacement is useless to me as someone else who did not BS and waste my time delivered the job I needed done days before with high quality, which you didnt, the only resolution left is to refund me.

The result of this Shit List Thread was to resolve your issue... The decision has be done that AllExpert will give you replacements, not a refund. What the point to make a thread if you don't accept the result?

Its normal in any business transaction on the planet if the buyer isnt satisfied, that the seller has a chance to fix it. Seller had work with this and costs , so asking for a full refund I ask who the scammer is. It seems more like it to me that the buyer changed his mind and doesnt need facebook accounts anymore, or found out they are of no use for him anyways cos of IP issues, so maybe you two could meet somewhere in the middle ?

What amount are we talking about btw ? 50$?

Of course, a replacement is what I needed, and I asked for originally! He was given several opportunities and time to resolve it, and I requested replacements all day, but he kept putting it off until I ran out of time and his bullshit, and proven himself completely unreliable. And as his time estimates were proven unreliable multiple times, his "1 hour" really ="a whole day". (as well as his first product already being not at all what I paid for, dodgy resold/locked accounts), I could not tolerate any further delays or more 90% locked accounts, and the ones that worked being resold to other people. Reselling accounts, trying to double up on your profits and not not having the guts to admit it, but instead accusing me liking these canadian companies I have nothing to do with, when he obviously was behind it is the scam.

I did still need the accounts urgently. As evidenced in my Itrader I did in fact purchase from another seller right after AllExpert stated he could not resolve the matter with full replacements after I had pursued him all day. There are no IP issues with me at all and about 99% of the accounts worked with the second seller, I was 100% satisfied with the second seller. If you read above, another buyer who has bought from AllExpert several times had the EXACT same problems with AllExpert recently!

What amount are we talking about? We're talking about principle! I will no doubt get the money back through Paypal anyway, but I can't stand dodgy sellers, especially those who lie and are too cowardly to admit they made a mistake (which we all do), so I started this thread to warn others.

Always remembers guys:

Customer is always right..

If the customer ask for replacement for the product he/she purchased.. Always honored their request..

If the customer ask for the refund, communicate them immediately and try to give some good information.. if he/she won't satisfied the information you gave chances are the customer will escalated the dispute to Paypal and paypal will investigate your account, if they found something wrong activity with your account.. they will freeze or limit your account for some reasons.

Make a good communication to the customer before the escalated process still going on.. once finished paypal will investigate your activity, if they ask for refunds honored their request.

Sounds to me like "coolness" is just chancing his arm here, BB has said the solution and you should accept this. The seller is more than willing to give a replacement and the fact you've admitted you used some of the accounts really doesn't give you a leg to stand.

If you paid someone to cook and deliver you all your meals over a month, say 100 meals, and the first few came, but were already half eaten by someone you dont know, and then each other deliveries were made, but with nothing actually in them, just an empty plate/no food, and you went hungry, you think should still pay for all the 100 meals? and if not happy possibly get another 100 deliveries from the same person of the same quality, when youre already starving and never want to deal with such crap again? Especially when youve also just found out they did the exact same thing to someone else recently too?

Not sure how many times I have to say this guy delayed my urgent project by several days, and that I WAS going to great lengths asking for replacements repeatedly from AllExpert, until Id run out of time and his games and was forced to pay other people even more to do the original job.

I am not having much experience in all these fb accounts. From all the above posts, it seems to be coolness is a regular buyer of FB accounts. So I suggested for replacements. If you are not willing to get the replacements. Send all the account details to some of the reputed member here, who are dealing with all this fb stuff. If they confirm that it was already locked accounts, before you use, I will ask allexpert to refund your money.

Lesson learnt, don't always trust itrader, and dont just go for the cheapest, as they are usually the crappest and dodgiest, and it will cost you a lot more money and time in the long run. Then when they don't even have the integrity to own up to selling you crap and too cowardly to admit they did anything wrong, you know that person is scum.

If it smells like shit it probably is shit.

Yes, of course I tested some of the accounts, but as stated many times, including by other members- you provide mostly junk then blame the buyer, and I offered proof of this to anyone, as well offering to let anyone reviewing the accounts.

Hey i checked all conversations/screenshots as well but you should be know about 72 hrs replacement guarantee and i felt you were in a hurry that is why you are calling scam or whatever

I guess you missed the whole point of the problem, reselling used accounts and constantly being dishonest and evasive, unprofessional, a time waster.

Not to diminish your experience, but I've been happy with Allexpert's work so far - I've made a couple small orders.
