Well i figured i'd post this in here too.

This guy bought a copy of my software that i left unlocked for him to run on multiple pcs(i'm now locking it again), I came to this forum and seen he was offering my mailer out to people, when i contacted him on skype about this he instantly blocked me but he's still trying to sell copies.

For anyone who tries to buy this from him there will be NO UPDATES with it(if you can figure out how to unlock it), This guy also can't setup the methods in the mailer, I was kind enough to go and set everything up for him for free to find out this is what he's been doing.

Doesn't sound like the kind of person you should do any deals with.

You just joined and you are already opening up a shitlist..??

Maybe read the rules and follow them accordingly might get you a bit far

i joined because this guy is selling copies of a mailer that is no good anymore, If i wait till i'm an established member then just think how many more people will have been ripped off, it makes more sense to get this stopped right away

M8.. I appreciate your concern to stop such a guy from scamming others, but when you provide a guy the chance to run a PC on multiple PC's that originate from completely different IP's, I guess I'm asking for trouble.

Try contacting a moderator here, and they should be able to bring down a Buy/sell thread of the guy. Else, you might need to prove that you did not provide the software for resale purposes. Maybe adding some chat conversations, snapshots would be helpful for the mods.

OP... when selling a software or a service than can be reused, getting a different agreement for personal use/business use and reseller use must be specified. You can stop the scammer by blocking usage of the software, but without such an agreement, you can always land in trouble.

By the way where's the scammer? I don't see him responding to this thread.
