If you wanted to cheat your CPA company by misusing their trust in you, and by hiring someone who already said that with his traffic there is a chance of getting banned (.01% or 10.0% or 100%, whatever), then you had been sufficiently warned. You should have gone to a better pro service provider immediately, but you persisted...

You're caught by the CPA network and advertisers for some wrong you did, and they gave you a fraud-traffic report too. End of the story.
