I hate the fact that I have to come to this section. I always see the scam and beware posts on the main page and just shake my head in disgust especially when people have been taken by members that "appear" to be legitimate or long time members.

Anyway I brought the BS program backlinks parser which at one time probably did work properly from this *****crx of nichedog dot com on May 11. It did not work and it was not the version he claimed on his sales page. So I immediately ask for a refund which he said he would do. He ask for my order #, I sent him my paypal #. He said no I need your click bank # so I sent that to him. Never heard back or got confirmation that he processed a refund like a normal person would do.

What are you talking about? My product does work that's #1, and #2- your refund has been processed the second day after request. If you don't know it can take up to two weeks for refund to show up back on you paypal or credit card.

In my over 10 years of dealing with clickbank, paypal, or any other payment process, I have never seen no damn 2 weeks to get a refund processed or at least acknowledged. Let's believe it does take 2 weeks, paypal logs in every transaction: processing, processed, complete. Anything else credit cards, merchants, etc shows a pending transaction...a log of some sort. I mean come on technology have improved now.

The product doesn't cost much but yet he still has my money, why do people have to resort to tricks, lying, and giving people the run around especially on a forum like this with 5,000+ people a day easily browse this forum. Why risk being put on blast?

You are pissing off the wrong lady buddy!!! I know your product is on do not share here but there are plenty more forums where anything goes.

Why are you screaming all over the forums that people should beware nichedog.com or backlinks parser?

You don't know how to use simple software, you can't follow simple step by step process and you say that my software doesn't work?

Backlinks Parser is being used by hundreds of customers worldwide and all of them are happy with it.

I offered you support and help with software- but you said that you don't have time for games (instead of thanks)..

Ok, You asked for refund- I've refunded your purchase, but now you can't wait for your refund and are screaming on forums?

I've sent refund request to clickbank, and received confirmation from them. Nothing more I can do for you. If you can't wait, call clickbank- not me.

As far as I know, *****cx doesn't have an authorized bst on bhw....you purchased the software outside of bhw.....there is not much that can be done on our end......no member is allowed to sell a product on the forum w/out mod approval.

However, it is in the seller's best interest to issue a prompt and full refund to avoid damaging his rep....and if he has tried to sell his product in a post, ket me know

You can try to contact click bank, maybe they can expedite the refund. You can also try to contact your credit card company if you dont see a refund in the next couple of days....

Pm me (or another mod) if you encounter any other problems....

Send a email to refunds@clickbank.com and they will send you the money. Hope this gets sorted.

Anyway People I stand by my words so be warned! Last Friday May 27, I opened a refund claim with clickbank and waited. So today I decided to call them up. I must say support was extremely helpful. The support lady was patient to answer all my questions and give me good guidance. I explained to her the situation and it has been 3 weeks now waiting on a refund that the vendor claimed he gave me. I told her that I will need proof and she has to be sure because this had turned into a big thing posted on forums and I didn't want to falsely accuse someone or damage their reputation if indeed there was a mistake.

Soo... there is NO records of this guy giving a refund 2 days after I ask for it like he claimed in the pm I posted above which is from 05-24-2011. The support lady was nice enough to double check and recheck the system. She said the ONLY record is the refund claim I filed on 05/27/2011 7:09 AM PDT (The day I started this thread). The guy went ahead 23 minutes after I opened my ticket at 2011-05-27 07:32 35 AM and changed the ticket from refund to tech support (This STOPS the refund from being processed) because now the system thinks I'm getting tech support.

She reiterate the vendor DID NOT try to issue you any refund before this date nor after and there is NO such record. As mentioned in his pm above he said he refunded me 2 DAYS after I ask for it, which would be a lie. She told me it can take up to 48hrs to receive the refund and there is NO Way this take any 2 weeks to get a refund. You know this guy was out to keep the money because normal people doing business will at least forward their records to the customer if under heat to say hey lady back off, I don't know what's going on with the merchant but here's my proof that I did my part.......geeezzz


For anyone here who has any refund or product issues, she advised it's best to call support rather then be hassled and given the run around by the vendor. Their site do not list phone numbers but here they are for any one caught in a bad situation like this:

Then she advised me to report him to the abuse department, which I was not aware of. She said what this does is log in these types of misrepresentations. This way they have a record so they can go to the vendor and say hey what's gong on. From there they will take actions, if the offender keeps indulging in these types of deception they will promptly give them the boot. I was more then happy to obliged and sent them ALL email transactions. So again for those that are caught in clickbank battle don't forget to send all proofs to:

Out of all the softwares out there that I have tried, brougt, and used that would trump yours 100 times over in complexity, yours happened to be the one I could not use right? You failed to mention the email that I sent you saying that it was frustrating that it wouldn't work properly because the program was simple enought to use, and I didn't know why it wouldn't work. As sometimes even missing a simple little detail could infact cause a problem.

So I sent you the information in steps from 1-6 of exactly what I entered in the fields before hitting start. You didn't confirm yes or no if what I did was correct. But I can assure you it was. Here's the email:
