Dizzspaceteam - SilentLocker Does Not work, an tried to sell outside of BHW

So, I will make this short, and Mods, I apologize if this is not in the right section, I looked around and found this to be the place to post, so if it isnt then please move it.

Dizzspaceteam tried contacting me thru skype to purchase some items outside of BHW. Here is the message I received out of nowhere.

Is it a SCAM? Probably.. not sure, but either way he contacted me outside of BHW for a sale.. .that is a big NO NO.

I met Dizzspaceteam because I purchased SIlentLocker for my wordpress site. Which once I received it, I found out it does not work with wordpress.
So I contacted him in good faith, and worked with him for a few weeks waiting patiently for him to fix it. His claim to fix it, doesn't work, even by his own example. So I post if it cant be fixed, please just refund the money, if it can be fixed.. then GREAT.

Well, next thing I know, people left and right were claiming that things were not working with this program. not to mention his empty promises to fix things and make a new manual.

As I type this, neither of these things have happened. So I posted and said either fix it, or we all should deserve a refund.

He came back and said "No Refund" and he then began a short sad story of how he just got ripped off for $1850 for another project (as if that is any of our faults).

So, i just filed a refund request from paypal, and the next step is to file with Chase (lesson for everyone, never pay with your paypal balance, always pay with a bank account or credit card in case of something like this. Digital or not, does not matter).

He also just edited his post to sound like he cares more, but still unwilling to give refunds. Absolutely ridiculous. Please do something about this guy!

On the skype issue - Looks like his skype account has been hacked.

I'm trying to make sense of your post as you talk about Dizzspaceteam as as singular
person when they are a couple Jason and Amanda. I've chatted with them for a long
while now and it seems strange that either of them wouldn't of mentioned anything
anything like those items for sale to me.
As for the software issue I see that people are dissatisfied and I think that this has been
noted by everyone.

He avoid my questions when i said in his thread "does it have postback" . Obviously if a content locker doesnt have postback then it will only work on timer. If people didnt see my question ignored as a sign that content locker isnt different from all those customs one that cant even communicate with the cpa network to know if the offer was filled.

Dizz - perhaps you can either PM me or paste here a correctly working gateway protected page. The example provided by the OP does indeed have some problems in IE to the point where its not useful. Please ensure that this example is a long page.

I accept that this could be an error on his end with configuration.

He is not obliged to answer your questions if he doesnt wish to, unless you are a customer. Nor is he obliged to offer any specific feature, or be different from any other content locker.

Your post ads nothing to this thread. Dont post again unless you have something useful to say - this is not open for discussion.

We checked our skype, it did come from it, but uh, not us...

We just changed our passwords to well, something that is not so easy to figure out... LOL..

But while we are here in the shitlist thread, lets talk about what the OP just did...

The stuff about the gift cards and stuff came from my skype like over a week ago or something... I can get ipads and stuff from some contacts, but not for 50%... And if I was selling something like that, I wouldn't just message random people like that for it... But this is also from the same guy that just neg itradered me for a wp fix that had already been given to everyone on the thread... I will repost this here, just for another dose of reality...

Im sorry that it got sent to your skype, but also everyone that is on my skype, asked me to be contacts also, There are only a handful of people that I have asked to be my contact on there... And what i do with my skype, although in this instance, wasn't me, is my business... Not all my business will run through here... Because some is not allowed on here, to be quite honest... And thats perfectly ok with me...

But let me post that lovely wp fix on here for someone who will not read an entire thread... Because in reality this complaint is just that...

I guess that fully explains why people were asking to order ipads for 50%... LOL... Now all the questions make sense..

And the time that the messages had been sent.. Well, I (Amanda) had relegated Jason off the computer... He's been offline for some time because well, not being able to get out of bed, means can't get online, lol... So yeah, most everything that ya'll have seen on here from us has been me... I am so starting to sound like him... LOL...

By posting this thread, what kind of solution is he looking for? And what does skype have to do with it?

I tried these links and all worked flawlessly for me.
He is on my skype as well and i dint get anything fishy from him.

These three examples are over 100% x 100% iframes.

Is there a reason for that?

These examples by themselves dont answer my request. I want to see a long regular page, not iframed, and one that spans more than just one screen height. Or I want a technical explananation why the protected content must be loaded within an iframe.

This goes directly to the OP case.

It worked for ie 7, thats what we had... Now checking on IE9... we know it definitely doesn't work on IE8... So we can figure out what the issue is for this program vs the other browsers...

I have been provided with a copy of the software - and as explained to Dizz, i'm not going to bug test it for him. It either works or doesnt, and I expect Dizz as the product owner to provide sample locked pages for verification.

I see a potential problem that all protected pages must be pre configured in the software, they are subsequently loaded in an iframe.

This of course wont work for dynamically generated sites such those made by Wordpress. I understand that there is a patch/fix/code alteration that wordpress users have been advised to use. On a quick copy and paste job this does not seem to work across all browsers.

Dizz, please post a wordpress page locked with your product, and a bullet point list of the changes made to the code so that it functions. The example given in your thread - does not work correctly.

this is exactly what this place needs... A mod that doesn't go soft just because a jrvip is involved.

Dizz has agreed to provide a full refund to anyone who is unhappy with the software. I encourage you to read his last post on the BST for SilentLock for the exact terms of this refund offer.

This problem is down to a few lines of faulty code, so I hope he can resolve it and get back up and running shortly. I have locked his BST until these changes are complete, and requested that a proof of concept running on Wordpress be provided before I reopen the thread.

For the record, I dont consider Dizz to be a scammer, - his software is 99% of the way there. I welcome his offer to refund people, and commend him for doing the decent thing - many dont.

I will leave this thread open for any refunding issues that may arrise.

Well the op has not been refunded, he needs to take it to a claim for this to happen and as soon as he does, i will refund his money. but still the thread that he found was from a guy in another country so it was not me....and it has nothing to do with what I needed to do so this has been resolved, i hope. but as far as what I do on skype, I think is my business.... Sorry you talked to the guy so long... So did a few other people i know... including people who work with me on other projects... Glad nobody sent him any money... but most people would have noticed that the paypal address wasn't mine or amandas...I wish I had that hook up...ohh and I did look at the part of the convo that the op had sure looked like you wanted in.So that is not an issue i am glad no one made a deal with whoever hacked us.
