So basically he had his friends put their ads up on MY site and click on their ads. I have nothing against Indian freelancers, but its said what people will do for a few dollars and they ruin the reputation for all of you other Indian freelancers.

I Worked for 5 sites for this Guy, 2 of the site were done really good and he appreciated it,He gave me 50% upfront too.Then after the 2 sites are done he asked me to get a better adsense theme for his rest 3 of the sites and i found some 3 to 4 theme and installed each of the theme to all of the sites and activated 3 of the alternative theme to all of the 3 sites, Among which

And Cream started threatening me that he knows Mods from BHW Harro and he will make me bann here and all. And he too created an issue at Paypal to get his money back.

And Cream told me one day that he got some clicks on his ads i don't remember it might me 9 click to his adsense and asked me if i have clicked on the ads, then i told him that i didn't clicked on the ads, After some sort of conversation he keeps on saying me that i clicked the ads then I though i may have accidently clicked on the ads,, And as he is my client i shouldn't refuse him so i told Cream i may have clicked on your ads while working, But not 9 time ofcourse, I know adsense as i am running it to 3 of my sites and i know the adsense guidelines and Rules ant all.
And started me threatening me that he knows Mods from BHW and he will make me bann here and all. And he too created an issue at Paypal to get his money back.

I think every member here dealing with an adsense theme know that an adsense theme come with all setting of Google ads and you just need to put your adsense pub Id and thats all, but Some of the member might have used

Many Adsense themes come with embedded adsense code. Simple solution, get the entire original theme from the internet and look for the code that is on the OP's site... if they are the same then it's a open and shut case... against the OP, else if they don't match then a real investigation follows and may be the service provider (SP) gets exposed (but at this stage I don't doubt the SP's good intentions in letting the Adsense code stay on the new site and get OP's approval for how the ads displayed -- IMO, it was needed for the very purpose of the site being Adsense-enabled or whatever it is called...). IMO. From where the clicks came? Only G can tell that! May be the SP clicked or may be the OP clicked... can't (and may be, no one can now) make out who did it so easily.

I checked the link to that theme (I tried only the "Digg" theme by that creator www(dot)digsem(dot)com) but unfortunately the site is expired now or is for sale and there is no theme there, of course. ... So I would like to know what the exact theme was, and may be I or anyone else can find a copy of it on the net somewhere... I believe that the creator gives the themes free, but am not absolutely sure.

Correction: OK I know now that the theme is SEOAdMax WordPress Theme Version 1.0 by Garry Conn. (Which indeed is a free to use theme).

If it is possible to get the original zip file from the net, then we can get it and check the A.code against the code that is present on the OP's site. There is a method to check the files minutely and see when they were updated. a tedious process, but it can be done.

So What is the actual A.ID on the uploaded site please? Give it to BigBuddy if you don't want to disclose it here, or just write the first 3 digits and the last 3 digits here. It wouldn't breech any security or anything similar, IMHO.

I will then provide the actual Adsense ID that is embedded in the original downloaded file. Or may be anybody else can see the txt file enclosed in the zip and check / match the ID themselves.

OK, just give us the 1st 3 digits and the last 3 digits of that Adsense ID on your site, can you please? Or send it to BigBuddy in a PM, no probs absolutely. The theme of his other site uses Prosense-Blue, a very famous theme which even I have used it in the past.

I noticed 2 different A.ID's on it, and so I found the actual theme (Prosense-Blue WP Theme) on the internet and downloaded it. The original php files in that zip file does have the same A.ID as present on Cream's site --> The original theme has this ID 1199xxxxxxxxx649 and Cream's site's one ID matches it exactly ---> 1199xxxxxxxxx649 as seen on Cream's site, hence the conclusion for this one too is that Mukesh hasn't changed the original code. IMO, Mukest is INNOCENT on this count too.

But wait...

I said I found 2 different A-IDs on the same site.

So that 3rd ID (in short) is
7817xxxxxxxx208

TBH, the above ID is not present in the theme's original files so this ID is a suspect.

I couldn't sleep well because you were proved to be clean against those 2 accusations but the 3rd one got me worried -- unnecessarily, because from the conversation and from his mentioning a fact that there was about $2 or whatever was credited to his own A-account, I should have known that the 3rd A-ID actually belonged to him only. Just had a 2 hour sleep ...

I had asked Cream to provide details about that 3rd ads-ID a few hours ago, but he failed to do it. On the other hand, Mukesh provided the important details (as above).

No i wasn'tt paid completely by Cream he paid me 50% upfront and for that 50% too he has claimed and opened an dispute in Paypal.

Yes I have some offers at fiverr and they are all 5$ worth article packs not services, because I hate people who think that they buy the person who makes the job for 5 quids.
I do not know how much Cream paid, anyway I do not care but this guy has offered you to make up some sites with Adsense theme and he made it. Even a moron can login to these themes and change the Adsense IDs. Also even a moron with some Google usage can change his FTP and cPanel details. If you are not able to do these then do not mess with Adsense. Get a job and get a life.
And also opening a thread in Shitlist you had to check the Adsense codes and prove that they were related to mukeshgbg.
Now stop threatening people, pay the money you owe to the man and behave like a man!

First thing, I am not going to deal with this thread as it happened outside of BHW.

Second thing, mukeshgbg , Did you get approval from staff to sell your services through signature? Most of the shitlist threads are emerging due to these types of services selling in signatures. Thats why BHW is not allowing any signature selling.

As a warning, mukeshgbg will be issued 7 Days Ban for Breaking the BHW Signature Rules and 2 weeks Ban to cream for wrongly accusing mukeshgbg by opening this thread.

I've read all the messages too and quite frankly I think that Cream has no clue about IM. Beyond that I think he's an abusive person who treats people like shit.

IMHO Cream should swallow his pride, admit he was wrong and pay MukeshGBG what he owes him. It's obvious to me that MukeshGBG delivered the work that was requested and he deserves to be paid whatever Cream offered him in the first place.

MukeshGBG, I think you're a good person and I think it sucks that you're being dragged through the mud and that your time is being wasted on bullshit when you could very well be working on other projects for other people/gigs. I hope that Cream pays you what he owes you and perhaps you've learned one lesson. That lesson is to screen your customers and if they act like abusive jerks then decline to do work for them as it will all likely end up being a major pain in the ass for you.

I hope BigBuddy is looking into this as I'm fairly certain that he's going to come to the same conclusions that have already been expressed on this thread. Those conclusions are that MukeshGBG is innocent and that Cream is a "questionable" character at best.

The one bit of advice I have for Cream is that he actually read as many posts on this board as possible and actually learn how things work so he won't be so helpless in the future. Changing or inserting your own Ad-sense code is the most basic of things and if you can't handle that then I think you might as well quit while you're ahead and get a job in the real world.

Sorry to be so hard on you Cream but you honestly brought it on yourself.

BigBuddy, I think that's a very fair ruling. Way to go.

Honestly, that's what makes BHW a great place. The fact that the mods are always on top of things and can decisively handle most problems in a fair and even handed manner.

Interesting case..want to keep it clear i m un-biased and i m not from india also..but i personally have a chance of chat with Cream and he is really a mad guy.. if he got out of mind so quick.. i also want to see justice anyone who is wrong he should be in the shit list but personally i think whatever the matter was they should solve them at their own and its not a good thing to threat the Mukesh like he knows Moderators and he will banned his account etc...in no way he should threat anyone.
