I've not been affected by the thread in any way, yet I think such people should be totally banned. Why?

1. Not only it's against the forum rules, with ppl like OP advertisers lose a lot of money. Among those advertisers it could be you and Me.

2. It's not blackhat, its plain fraud to click ads like that.

3. The OP will get newbies banned from adsense, so it's a risk to those who don't understand adsense completely, yet.

So, Do you guys think he should be Banned?

It is nice to see that the
scammers, spammers and schemers
are all having a decreasingly shorter shelf life in BHW.

I think we all need to do what HowardHughes has done,
and report them, and claear this B*shit out from BHW.
