Ive been scammed by this guy about 1 hour ago. I found his post saying that he sells 1000yt accounts for £20. i thought that was a good price so i contacted him. after a few mails he told me that not all those accounts are fresh, but he will send me 850 FRESH accounts for $22. So i send the money to his paypal and he sends me some accounts.

When i test those accounts, i see that most of them are used before, almost all IN THE LAST DAY. so i tell him that that's not what ive payed for and he says that he is sorry, he doesn't know how that happened and that he will create 1000 yt fresh accounts in 15-30 mins (isn't that king of fast?).

well while i was waiting for those account i did some more investigation on the accounts he sent me, and i saw that he send me 1349 accounts, but there were a lot of duplicates, so he really only sent me532 unique accounts.

By this time i was almost sure that he scammed me, but ive waited for the half of hour to pass. Well its been more then an hour and he still didnt sent me the account or the money, and he is not replying to my emails.

Can you guys tell me if i will be successful on a paypal chargeback? i payed for "goods" if that helps.

Wait a few more hours (max 24). If you still did not receive it, simply contact Paypal and give them all the info's you can.

but is it ok to tell them that i was buying youtube accounts? isnt that against their TOS?

lol 1k accounts go far more than 20$ So even hes completely idiot or you (most likely) got scammed.

With $22 you get 500 YT acc.. its not bad. you really lucky with this deal because people selling YT acc.. higher price.

But the guy who scammed to you, he/she should be punished. I think he/she already banned.

And I'm recommended to you always buy anything with reputation seller with BST approve

If I were scamming I wouldn't be sending any youtube accounts. Though what you bought it for was ridiculously cheap and shoulda been a sign right there, even so if you got 500 working accounts for that price isn't that still pretty good?

I agree... give him a chance, 24 hours, then email him and say your opening a dispute.. It even looks good with paypal that your being reasonable and giving him a chance.. He could of went shopping in that small amount of time or anything..

You should only buy from the BST section, the Mods wont help you if you buy outside of that.

No the sad truth is you will not get a 'chargeback'

Take it from someone who has been scammed of $500+ buying a proxy website (with fake traffic).

Unless you do your transaction in Ebay (which owns paypal) - as long as the seller supplied the goods its a successful transaction and they will rule in favor of the seller. They cannot verify the quality of the goods/services.

It really sucks, but its true. In fact when I did a chargeback, the seller escalated the issue himself (to a dispute), (since he already knew abt these paypal loopholes) and the issue was resolved in his favor within a matter of hours.
