Here is my current situation, I use VCC to pay via paypal. I use a new act every time. Everything was working fine till Nov, in Nov I tried to pay someone here who sells proxies and payment wasnt going through, so I made a new account in some other country (I think that was the mistake I made), I tried like 5 or 6 times to pay him (i.e made 5 or 6 acts) and payment was declined everytime by paypal, I was getting some error saying I can not send money to this recipient.

Then after few days, I noticed all my servers went down and all payment which I made in last 30 days were holded by Paypal and paypal told them I did chargeback with the reason as unauthorized which was a lie.

Now whever I make a paypal payment, the paypal holds it after few hours and tells the recipient that I did a chargeback.
But when I log in to my account it shows "Temp hold - Inquiry by paypal"

In short, I find that it is unethical for paypal to tell lie to the people.

Wtf... paypal just did that to me too. Except I am on the selling end of it. They've taken $5k out of my account saying that the other side did the chargeback. They almost had me ready to kick the other persons butt when it's them all along. wth

I haven't encountered this problem so far, i'm using the same methods as the op. Interesting information....

This happened to me. After further inquiry I found out that it's against TOS to use proxies to access and transact paypal. The hold was lifted after sending them verified identifications.

NO, no any proxies, i was sending from my account and after problem with payment, I sent money to my friends pp and payed using his account.

I had all my payments suspended until I could prove I was not money laundering, simply a case of scanning in receipts for the goods I had sold.

Wow I didn't think gaypal could get any worse.

How do you think will refund issue on paypal help me to get my money back?
What happens if person has sent my money on another account and he has no funds to refund me my money? What should paypal do?

I've been using PayPal for like 4 years now and never had a problem. Why? I read TOS.
If they say I am allowed to have only two accounts(one personal and one bussiness), I just have two accounts. Not 3 or 6.

well there are new companies that are going to compete with pay pal and the way they are acting is going to make it easy for the competitors to gain ground.

Yea paypal..are real scammers, This is what will happen...they will take all of your money that u paid someone stick it back in there bank account, and then send u a email saying that there holding the funds for 180 days do suspicious activity. That allows them to gain interest off the money they just reversed. Best thing to do is find another way to pay the person.

Get moneybookers or something, so we dont have to live in fear of our accts getting fucking locked up so they can put our money in an escrow acct and make some money for themselves..

If paypal ends up holding your money after you make a transaction, contact your bank or credit card provider and explain what paypal has done, and 9 times out of 10, your credit card company and bank will take the money out for you.

As the little man its hard to do anything, but get the backing of a corporation, paypal rolls over.

Though they will send a debt collector after you but just refuse to pay and explain the situation, they will admit that there is no debt but they have to act as a debt collection agency.

Interesting trick I've picked up from some ebay sellers.

yea, i was just going to say that...You can always issue a chargeback on Pisspal, and your bank will take the money right out of PissPal account

Ya I had a bunch of stuff happen to my paypal in the last month or so. I had to change my password for no reason because of "security purposes". I also have had some transactions take a hour before they go through.

I hate Paypal. Someone has to compete with them.

I have something like this before that made me never ever not use VCC on paypal. I can't forget the nervous feeling while my money is trapped on my limited account.

Dude Google is just as bad if not worse. They have no customer service not even an email to sort issues out with you. They will hold your money for months and worst yet, there has been cases where they will just refund the money back to customers for no reason at all.

Fact is there is a giant need for another company that does what Paypal does.

Alright, 1st you are not providing enough info here. Are you using elite proxies, vpn/vps, MAC changeups...what?

2nd you did it wrong, if the person is in india or some other places where they don't allow ACCEPTANCE via PP (only payments allowed). Then there is little you can do.

3rd is that they did the chargebacks because this is standard procedure when they see something EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS. They will kill you for this, and they send the same ole crap of "chargeback" even though there are 100 different reasons. (deal w/ PP as long as I have and you see they are full of click and send responses (a total of around 20 msgs))

4th if you want to send a payment better to someone. Just send them the VCC w/ the amount of money on it. People still take these like gold when you give it (because that means NO PP fees, no hassles, no NADA)
