Default Got myself a Paypal Letter

Ok it's now been a few months that me and my mate have been selling digital products (a membership) using paypal. At first the site didnt run through my account but in the end it did.

Well long story, everything went bad because paypal thought we were selling p0rn =/ , switched to my account and got closed also.

Now just I recieved a letter from Paypal that they need 43.59EUR of me or otherwise they will take the action that needs to be done =/

They provided me several payment options and stuff and I guess Im gonna go to my bank and let them pay the money...

Anyone care to give advice?

Regards

They dont have the right to charge you for it.

the fact that they sent you an email like that is

1. its another site claiming to be paypal

2. its paypal itself and what you do is just forward the letter to your countries online money fraud department

I didn't get a eMail, I got an actuall letter in my box.
The organisation is called NCO

It has a paypal reference number and stuff, it is the company that takes care of the legal actions.

They closed my account, Made my balance go -43.21EUR and now they want me to pay it...

Might be best to pay it, its hard to live without paypal and not paying fees will make it less likely they'll ever let you rejoin them.

better pay that shit, bro... or tell em to fuck off, either one.. btw these people are called debt collectors.. send them cease and desist letter.. They'll write it off, and they are certainly not going to sue you over $49 or whatever.

'...For the definitive answer, I would need to see the letter.

No-one is going to sue you for €43.59

It also depends which country you are in. As you speak in Euros, I guess it's not the U.K.

What do PayPal mean when they say...and I assume you are paraphrasing or their legal department has amateurs working there, "will take the action that needs to be done".

Two options, of course:

Pay up! €43.59 is nickels and dimes, or pennies, depending where you come from.

Screw 'em! They can do NOTHING!

Guess which one I'd choose?

Thats what I thought that no-one would sue me for that small amount of money. anyways Its only 43EUR so whatever...

Im pretty sure Paypal pays alot of money to NCO to keep thins straight, they are insured for these kind of things and Im even more sure that if paypal would sue me it wouldn't even cost them a single penny since they probably have insurance...

NCO is a collection agency with which PayPussy contracts to collect closed accounts with negative balances.

Pay them or they will ruin as much of your life as they possibly can.

hahaha I've had these agencies after me before. Ignore them, they disappear after awhile... and pop up on your credit score later slapping you with a bunch of negatives, which you can say 'prove it' and the negative will basically get wiped.
