Default dispute/charge back from a closed PP account.

IF I've been scammed and I need to do a chargeback for my money and the person has already closed his Paypal account is it still possible to do a dispute and charge back my money?

Is this from an eBay auction? If he had the buyer protection notice on the auction you should be able to get your money back.

Shit, I just got f*cked from PayPal...

I got scammed by Dejacrew, Jonathan Semenick, Cemenuk...what ever that fags name is...

So I did a charge back of $199, and PayPal now says I owe them the money...

Then today, someone sent me some funds $150 and paypal just took it from me!

Now I want to just kill my account and remove my credit cards, and debit info...but they won't let me do that either...

Guess I'll just have to put out a fraud alert or whatever on all my cards

The one thing that I have found that will get PayPal's attention is a complaint filed with their local Better Business Bureau (San Jose, CA, I think). That may get you your money back, and will at least get a real person working on your problem.

Horror stories regarding paypal are all over the net, whenever doing business with them be very very careful, they can and will suspend and limit your account with all you hard earned cash in it, and then make you jump through hoops by providing them with everything from sales receipts to a urine sample, and guess what, after all that they'll choose not to do business with you, and hold your money for 6 months.

Yeah and EVERY single time I set up a corporation with a banking solution, they ask if I will set up a PayPal account!

I'm thinking; "OK, I'll do it but you are cruisin' for a PayPal bruisin'!"

Plenty of other payment solutions out there, I do NOT know why people are so much in LOVE with PayPal!

"Oh but I HAVE to get PayPal!"

Horse shit.
