Last week I sent $50.00 USD to the BHW member SHELTECH. He was to provide to me an account with 5,000 members on Monday, June 14th.

On Monday I sent him an IM on msn msnger sheltech@ymail.com and habib.shaikh97@yahoo.com

I nicely asked him to give me a status update and if he needed an extra day or two then it would not be a problem.

Tuesday I made another status request
Wensday I made another status request and emailed him and tried to contact him on BHW
Thursday I emailed him, IM, PIM on BHW and made replies on his thread to contact me.

Today he must have ignored me because I can not see where I had emailed him on here, his threads are gone that I posted on asking him to contact me.

So, he think he has gotten away with this by ignoring me on BHW while he continues to look for victims on BHW.

I sent him money through Freelancer.com to the user name WOLTECH

I will send our complete chat to anyone who would like evidence.

He is on BHW right now still seeking victims, please do not send him money.

I checked this thread before sending him money and I am hoping I may save someone from him.

I am asking the Administration on this board to please ban him so he can do no more harm. I can provide records.

PS: It does not give me pleasure to have to make this post.

Can someone point me in the right direction here on BHW so I can escalate this so I can request that he be banned. Sheltech put me on his ignore list so he can continue scamming others on here.

Yea - I was about to post on here today about SHELTECH - but you beat me too it - he got me for $17 bucks on some Facebook accounts he did not deliver

I had already read complaints on another thread about him - but I went ahead and placed a small trial order anyway because I had ordered from that "company" in the past and gotten good accounts - obviously something has changed now though

I got nothing and now I am being roundly ignored - it was supposed to be immediate delivery and its been like 4 days - That D Bag is still signing in and out of Skype 10 times a day though (likely trying to hustle others)

His Skype account is using the tagline "100k friends for only $1200" - so he ought to be banned before he really takes somebody for a large chunk of change

Look out also for his aliases ending in "tech".

Okay, so he is definately preying on people. What is most important to this forum is that he is ACTIVELY finding victims on this forum.

Goal:

Get him banned from BHW
Get him banned from Freelancer.com

Can someone help me get the ball rolling on this preditor?

Can you all go through your IMs and post all of his aliases for others.

scammed me out of a significent amount of money for requested services by him online. Four weeks ago, he agreed to do a service for me and since that time he has failed to deliver. I have attempted to contact him with no success. I found out he changed his e-mail address and identity. He prefers using Freelancer.com since you cannotfile a dispute. Big scammer.

He asked me to give him a second chance, which I obliged, if he wasn't able to go up to spec on what I wanted. He failed to deliver and changed his name and identity so I wouldn't be able to find him.

Stay away from, this guy is banned from BHW (meaning he is utter scum among scum)

Also - his Skype ID = facebook.service

I copied and pasted his ripoff report and didn't even read all of it. I guess he is banned?

I don't know if he is or not because I don't know if he ignored me or if he was nuked by admin.

(FYI: I did not write that ripoff report, I only copy and pasted the info)

LOL - he went through all that work to scam $67 in total? He could make more money actually doing something legit. What a sad, sad person.

Don't waste too much time chasing losers like this - if you decide your time is worth, say, $100/hr, and you spend more than half an hour on chasing his bullshit, it goes from him ripping you off to you ripping yourself off.

Let BHW know he's a scammer and move on. Let karma deal with the rest.

From now on I will not use freelancer.com and only use paypal with a credit card. I will also only buy from people with a good rep on here to narrow the chances.

Make sure to check the iTrader status, too. Rep is a good indicator, but positive iTrader points means cash transactions went well.

Be sure to ask for iTrader points in return when you pay in full and on time. I neglected to do this on a number of transactions, and even though I've given out a dozen iTrader points for services, I've only ended up with 2 in return.

also to make sure the itrader points aren't from accounts with 5 post or 10 post, because alot of people inflate their itrader points

Does this BHW member have a sales page on BHW? If not, then you shouldn't have done money transaction/s with him/her. Having said that, thanks for letting us know about this member. IMO, if he has a sales page on BHW, then expose him on that thread in big bold highlighted words and also put this link there so others will stay away.

To be honest I can't remember how we hooked up on here. I can't remember if he sent me a private IM or added me on msn msnger.

This character is very sad, I have had in debth talks with them. He is hurting for money big time and always looking to make a dollar.

Is it possible for the moderators to ban his IP? He's from Bangladesh, just ban the entire Bangladesh country?

I am in contact with freelancer.com and he may not even get the $50.00 he scammed me out of. If he was hurting for money I would have paid him to just add friends for me. I have capital and could have put him to work. I am not poor, I just don't like getting scammed.

He made his choice, he could be a productive part of society and produce wealth by working for it but he chose to scam people. He obviously has the internet and the means to scam so he also has the means to produce...

If a single US citizen scams would you want the entire US region to be banned?

No need to call me out on a QUESTION.

My thought it simple, if the average number online from one country are scamming people then perhaps eliminating that entire country access online the forums might provide a better, scam-less environment.

Take for example Nigeria. How many of your Nigerian princes paid up for you?

UPDATE - out of nowhere SHELTECH suddenly came back in contact with me and provided me with the accounts I had paid for - so in all fairness I must post this update - they were much belated - but I am glad to finally have them (they were actually quite decent accounts) - So Hopefully SHELTECH will do the same for the OP -

He's been reported to Freelancer and his account is suspended

all part of doing business, being scammed. Getting better and better at avoiding it now

This guy is also C4Cassh
