Warrior Forum?
Seriously. Those guys got all bent out of shape for tamer versions of my signature over there than the one I'm using here.
They banned me despite that I've been a member for the past 2+ years, and I didn't violate any of their policies. So...can you say scam? I am a paying "War Room" member.

Is the war room worth the money?
In other words, do you get there something you cant get here?

Re: Warrior Forum?
Sounds like you had them scared mate.
I'm interested in becoming a War Room member purely because I'm interested in selling an eBook or two that I'm making, but I've known previously, and with thanks to this post also, that you have to tread very lightly.
-
-
Re: Warrior Forum?
The War room is full of people just trying to get you to opt into their crap email list. There is some good info in there though for free. Just put in a dummy email in the opt in forms.
Other then that, the Warrior Forum is ok. Full of people trying to sell you regurgitated ebooks, and what not, and people are very sensitive over there. Very goody two shoes. Just the mention of CL gets people all flustered over there.
There is some great info over there though. It is like anything. Sift through the garbage to find the gold.

Re: Warrior Forum?
I was a member at WF for about 3 years when I got banned for a change I made to my sig. Paying war room member and had listed quite a few of my products - and paid - in the WSO section.
PS my sig change didn't violate any rules and I never got a warning just got banned.
Not that it really matters as there is no good info there but I like to be able to sell links or outsource certain jobs for cheap every now and then.

Re: Warrior Forum?
Well there you go. Many independent opinions, but doesn't it seem like mostly what you're reading is that they are a bunch of whiny scammy little turds?
Of note - I even have another Jr. VIP who wants to call me out, and say these threads are all SPAM. Presumably he is a hard-working contributing member to their society.
So what do you folks think about my signature, and my threads here?
I have expressed that I will provide totally FREE information, that doesn't require any optin for exactly 30 days from today.
That's the same kind of talk I got over there. Oh, who the heck are you to be telling us anything. When someone comes to you bearing something that they spent years learning, you ought to appreciate it.
The fact that the warrior forum will ban people on a whim just because of social discordance demonstrates that they aren't really looking to build long term relationships with people. Think about it.
What long term relationship in your life never had any social discordance?
Personally, many of the best relationships in my life that persist to this day started very poorly. I'm an abrupt guy, and I don't have time to play a bunch of games with whiny forum ops.
I just want to get the word out about stuff that I know works, and isnt guru bullshit. That's all - how is that spam?
Rant Ends.

Re: Warrior Forum?
Fuck the warrior forums.. they can go suck dick if you ask me..
Those faggots banned me because i called out a fake ass product in WSO that some retard ass was trying to scam people with, and he reported me and I immediately got banned..
All they do is sell worthless digital ebooks to the retarded warrior forum members that are all idiots when it comes down to internet marketing and making money online...

Re: Warrior Forum?
I'm a War Room member. I find more useful information on this forum in an hour than I do in the WF in a month.
Also, all posts have to be approved by a moderator in the War Room. So if they don't like what you have to say it doesn't get on the board.
It is quite a scam. You know the saying, "good work, if you can get it" Meaning these guy do darn little work, get paid by everybody and somehow keep a shiny reputation.
Also, the WF is full of bullshit "thanks for the great post" responses. No idea why the moderators let this go on while preventing posts that would be useful.
My opinion of the Warrior Forum is that they are a bunch of bitchy little girls. And if I weren't such a fucking gentlman I'd slap im.

They have been around forever. They are our moral rock.
They have to be kind of self righteous and strict, otherwise internet marketing community will lose it's soul.

Re: Warrior Forum?
You got banned because you posted your earnings?
When you say "I was about to let the cat totally out the bag", what do you mean?
"A lot of people started following my thread, and those damn gurus knew I was about to let the cat totally out the bag. => Ban Hammer." (from your blog)
Nice blog, by the way. I just perused some of your posts there and it was quite interesting.

Not true, they come to BHW and find useful threads, turn them into an ebook and sell them over there. A BHW member then buys the product and shares it with the rest of us, then we all find out that it was just a rehashed version of a thread we read a few weeks back. A couple fo members have a bitch about it and the cycle starts again.
Seems to me that BHW is the place to be, simply because you get the info first and free, what could be better than that.

its gonna blown off.

Re: Warrior Forum?
Same, i'd been there for years, then one day I made a post that someone said was "pointless" I argued and was permanently banned. despite the fact that some members said they were going to bookmark my post. Crazy.
They're full of shit anyway. After leaving I realized i'd had nothing more to learn there and it was holding me back.

I don't think they mind.
WF is taking part of Dp's traffic.
Although I visit neither one due to the lack of info and atmosphere they are both twice as large as BHW.

After they have destroyed WF, like they did DP, with "How do I install wordpress" post.
They are going to come here.

A mate of mine was banned last week because he made a post describing the potential of some software he was developing. He's been a member for several years and always does his best to contribute to the community. He didn't mention any details about the software, just that it would make an IM activity which normally takes a while to perform, possible to do in a fraction of the time and that he believed great SERPS could be achieved as it was following a successful proven whitehat technique.
He hasn't even finished the software yet and is still testing it, the mistake he made was to say that he'd put it up as a wso when finished. He was instantly banned, just like you and is concerned that he'll lose a lot of business over the coming few weeks.
At least (like you) he wasn't banned for good, but I bet he'll be very careful in future.

Re: Warrior Forum?
And don't forget the fat over the hill women, none of whom make a fulltime living from IM, who periodically post a crisis and claim that they or their friends need $5000 emergency money to get out of Hong Kong - and then watch as that same woman later says, "Thanks for the money, I was able to take a vacation and visit my mother in the UK."
Seriously. That's what happens. The old timers (you know, who are always broke but act like their shit doesn't stink) do these begging for money threads and all the newbies kiss up to them and give them free money.
Post about this at your blog, as I did, only using direct quotes from the Warriorforum, and they will DMCA your ass immediately and your host will shut you down. Fun bunch of pricks. Not.

Well I checked out your blog and personally I think you've done a pretty good job on it.
As far as getting banned for your signature over there, well technically your sig could just as easily get you banned here as well. I don't see anything wrong with the site in your sig, but I've seen many members get banned for linking to their own pages. Technically you're only allowed to put either referal links to your affiliate programs, or links to other posts or threads on bhw. If you're selling something you can only do it by having a link to your bst thread selling your product or service. The whole thing is pretty arbitrarily enforced, so you'll see lots of members not getting banned for it, and occassionally you'll even see instances in which mods ban a member even if they are following the rule correctly.
It's pretty clearly stated in the tos what is and isn't allowed in your sig file, but even when done correctly it's a little risky anytime you put links in your signature. When it's done incorrectly it's even more of a risk.
If you don't want to risk a ban you should read the tos:
section 4 explains that you can only advertize affiliate links in the Affiliate Programs section, or in your signature. It also outlines exactly what you need to include in your thread when you post a referal link in the Affiliate Programs section.
section 5 explains that if you're a donor you can use links in your sig file, but it limits the acceptable links to only affiliate links or links to other bhw threads.
Like I said I've seen many members get banned for including a non-allowed link in their sig, and I've also seen instances in which a mod might treat it as though there is a rule that no links are allowed in a signature at all, or that you aren't allowed to post your referal link even in the Affiliate Section. If you end up banned over it by a mod then it won't really matter if you were right of wrong. That's pretty much the prerogative of being a mod. You'll still be banned and you can't really argue about it.
My suggestion would be that you change your sig before it becomes an issue for you here as well. This forum is a lot more valuable for you than WF, so it's better not to take the chance.

Re: Warrior Forum?
Hey,
Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it. I'm glad you think I did a pretty good job overall. Since we're just getting past the half-way mark, you can clearly see that the Warrior Forum has effectively attempted to prevent the leakage of FREE valuable information to their members.
Regarding signatures, it's a little frigging dumb - the rules I guess. Since I am a member of BHW, I certainly know how to easily setup an affiliate program, so I guess I could refer people to my own affiliate link?
It's been a half-a-month now, and judging by my traffic stats you aren't the only one whose found value in the information I am giving away, so I think I'll just leave things alone, and hope for the best.
I don't think it's such a great idea to alter my signature over here at this point. I have been too busy making money this month to waste time posting on forums anyway. Originally(2.5 years ago) I read that it was a good place(forums) to gain prospects and customers.
These days I know that's only in BST threads, and that the real value of most forums excluding BHW is in using them for xrumer blasts.
Cheers!
