Default Paydotcom

Fuck Mike Filsaime

I recently switched over from processing my own payments, so I could use paydotcoms affiliate tracking software. The software has been absolutely fantastic, and the sites interface is effecient-And free.

So my complaint?

Well I noticed my conversion rates have NO average rate. Although they should, as I'm drawing in traffic from google and affiliates. So whats the issue?

Well last night, the login page-and the buy buttons on my landing pages were down for a good 7 hours.

That's 7 hours of lost sales, during a time of peak traffic for some of my products. (I go after a few niches elsewhere in the world)

And its not the first time! I've gotten numerous emails from customers who could not get through to purchase a product.

So be forewarned, Stay the hell away from mike filsaime and paydotcom. For a "guru" you think the fucking moron would figure out downtime is NOT ok for affiliate tracking software. Imagine if clickbank was down 8 hours a day, people would be PISSED.

I also noticed that it was down yesterday when I was trying to get an affiliate link from them. Tried to get to the page for some two hours or so before I gave up.

Although.. It seems to be working today.

What maked me a little bit confused is that Paydotcom doesn't seem to have an alternative server to use if one goes down?! I mean.. It's a pretty big actor on the market so even they must loose a lot of money and a lot of trust.

I have heard nothing but bad things about paydotcom. I registered there when they first came out but never promoted any products. The sites usability is horrible.

Maybe just use it as alternative, if people prefer it - sounds very risky to me. How can he not have backup servers on a site that size ?!?!?!?? Crazy!

I've just Googled his name and he seems like a right scamming b*stard. Pushing loads of get-rich-quick schemes.

I've used PayDotCom for a year or so to get affiliates selling my product. Had barely any affiliate purchases but PDC have taken $3 from every purchase, even though they all came from Google etc.

Also, last week I was charged about 6 times for a purchase which had gone wrong (the purchaser must have been clicking the 'Buy' button repeatedly.
I've had no replies to my emails asking for a refund.
Utter Shit!
