Wow, this has got way beyond as I have expected. This thread is for varun and spud jr. I don't know why a lot of people are now sprouting out claiming this and that. I think it would be better to bring this to an admin and let he or she settle this out between varun and spud, plus the new one who claimed that he or she was scammed.

All of us do not know which of them tells the truth and which don't. It's between both parties who know the real deal and we are outside the story already.

We are all spectators and waiting what will be the ending:

1. Will varun get his refund?
2. Will Spud come out of this trouble all cleaned up?
3. Will Spud face the consequence and be banned?

To Spud... As one of the poster here just said, you need to clean up all your backlogs. If you accept more work, the more you will be less efficient and your clients will start complaining about it.

I know this thread will damage your business, I hope you can deal with it and soon rise up from this. I don't know you personally but wish you well.

To varun... I hope you do get what is due to you and this will be all settle. It is really such a mess, depressing and stressing out especially things like this happen. I hope this will be resolve and you will be back to your normal course of business.

He has opened a dispute. I have nothing to hide, those who know me and the situation I have been in know the deal. I contacted PayPal and I had to fax over the corporation docs that show that I was on the account as well that the money was sent to Varun.

I am trying to deal with Varun, but he seems to want to drag everyone else into the mess. There is a lot of confusion. I apologize with deepest sincerity.

I thank everyone who has backed me up and stood up in my defense.

Varun nor I are bad people, things just got led astray without the proper communication. I will try to get this resolved with Varun the best I can.

Again, I thank everyone who chimed in and I hope that more business will flow with Varun and I and everyone else for that matter.

I do not know either party but I could see thrue this I like to see the mods here standing up for the guy and he is not even a jr vip.

This shows me and others that the mods are willing to stand up for there members paying or not.


I have seen this thing happen many times if you are smart you can see he was making excuses and riding on what others were saying.

Spud in life when you are down and out you need to keep your WORD in the end it is all you have.

I just chatted with Varun, he doesn't seem to understand that because of the whole dispute that my account became limited. He even tried to tell me it was a different account which it is not. I am sure many who have dealt with Varun will recognize that the PayPal ID is his.

I never understood how to screen shot things til a guy walked me through. This is just to prove that I am willing and trying to do my best here. Thanks.

Also if you notice, Varun has posted the SAME chat log repeatedly.

I am guessing Varun didn't check his email?

According to the screenshots paypal refunded his money today...So all is said an done between Spud and Varun.

I hope a mod looks at this and ends this garbage.

And if anyone is confused, motomodders IS Varundbest's paypal account. No question, if further proof is needed by a mod, send me a PM or an email or talk to me on aim.

I had the money in the account but I went and looked. It is showing that the money that Varun sent me is being held, I m assuming that its on his end now.

I am genuinely sorry for this mess and am glad its over.

Well this has been a hell of a read.I hate scammers seems to be a case of bullshit.Reading this was like reading a police statement.One side had his facts consistent while spud seemed to change his story. I always said to keep great record on a deal going down on the internet I hope this will convince you young guys on how important it is to keep them. great job on the detective work hexalor.

I called paypal and they cleared why they said refund initiated and refund issued. It is for $0! So, refund initiated of $0 and refund issued of $0!

Hex has demonstrated nice analytical work during this dispute. Reading claim and counter-claim, my eyes started to glaze over - especially due to attempts it appears to consciously obfuscate the core issues, by bringing up irrelevant/non-existent transactions, along with mixing up the numbers either by accident or intention. It became an even more blurry picture. So kudos to Hex for being diligent about outlining the exact nature of the transactions. Also a good job of reviewing the screenshots such as the latest one involving PayPal yet showing the refund as Held. Ultimately its not Varun's problem that someone else that owes him money has issues with his PayPal account, its the person who owes money that needs to find a working means of making payment.

Hats off again to Hex for solid moderation.

I have new found respect for BHW and it's staff. Great job.
