i dont know where else to ask, so im gonna try here

on january 4th i boght from a BHW member 30 facebook accounts with each 5k friends, non mutuals. paid 450$ in total due paypal.

delivery time should be 7-10 days, (talked the whole time with him on YIM)
but because he disappeared after 6 days, i could not contact him anymore and didnt find the PM´s i worte him here, i filed a complain with paypal because "no delivery at all" which was "solved" 3 days ago.

i got a "part refounding" of USD 0,00 (lol) and they will try to get the rest of my money back but i guess i´ll never see it again.

today i tried to contact the same guy on facebook, and - he talked to me - just once "hey who are you" and after my introduction he went offline

because im from germany, living in dubai, i dont realy know how to solve that kind of problems with people from the US, but do you have any idea what else i could do to get my money back? cancel the creditcard payment maybe? or would i loose my paypal account then?

after a couple of THOUSANDS paypal transactions its my first time getting ripped off like that, so maybe some of you got a few ideas or at least some nice words

I suggest you to contact paypal again and try to solve the matter also it seems this guy has withdrawn all the amount from paypal thats why u didn't get any refund.

add the mofo's nick, this is what for the shitlist (no personal data, but the nick is ok)
there's no case without suspects lol
btw, i don't think you ever get your money back

this is why i make payments with my credit card through paypal. If i have a problem I don't have much difficulty in charging back my card, and if paypal doesn't recover the money, they loose, and you get all your money back quite easily on your card.

yeah..add the nick...lol nowadays bhw become a "market" for some of these guys..man..this is a tough world.

jaguarslug, what happen if you cancel the payment, wont paypal then want the money from you? or close the account?

i had once in my lifetime a chargeback @ paypal because i had to block my CC because it was stolen and forgot to change my new CC @ paypal, i had to pay the negative ammount first, only then i could pay other stuff, so i guess the account will be gone then?

This is the type of shit that really pisses me off! There is like no trust around here anymore because of people like this. If you can't deliver the accounts why pretend that you can. I mean really, for $450 dollars people throw away their reputation and everything.

I hate these kinda guys, we should go with people with itraders but after that master reset from HaRRo, we cant even do that. Try to create a paypal dispute.
