I've talked to a massive amount of other networks and advertisers since I started my own network. Every last one of them has a story about XY7 and the shady shit they pull. One network actually said "You're surprised they did that to you?!?!?".

XY7 has been flamed from one end of the web to the other. They've screwed so many people that they couldn't possibly afford to pay everyone off they've screwed. All the networks and advertisers I've spoken to despise them.

They've lost a huge chunk of money over this thread and it all could have been avoided by honoring the deals their AM's make.

Damn just read the whole thread, I dont know what its like to not be paid by my networks, im currently with strongerads, and they are a pretty god network cool offers that are unique. But yea id be rip shit over not getting paid. I work hard for my money. Maybe im greedy?

There seems to be a cleaning of networks and advertisers under way at the moment. Put simply, if a network gets a bad rep, that's it, they are fucked, and are not long for this world.

Same is true for advertisers that scam. The advertisers which welcomed incentive traffic, and flirted with the BH nets of late, have certainly not refunded the gains which they were afforded. In my book they are walking a very fine line and doing the BH equivalent of staying below the radar. Just enough to avoid pissing off the FTC and their MIDs, in some cases they are failing like FCR.

The whole balance between advertiser, network, and publisher is shifting. I dont subscribe to the panic and woe that some are feeling. Money breeds greed, and greed is a wonderful motivation to drag your heels in the face of change.

Our internet will continue to pump out more and more millionaires, but dont assume that things will always be as they are now.

I see a lot more xy7 type events in the near future - choose wisely, and perhaps look back to some of the older BHW posts, as a 'back to basics' may be on the way.

I have yet to be paid either for traffic I sent to an offer in Decemeber and January and no one seems to be able to give me a reason why. I ran an offer with them that I run on another network converts 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 with them 1 in 60 if I am lucky and I still don't get paid. Ridiculous!

Pofecker - That is crap man... I am sure you are probably sick in your stomach from the feeling of them doing that to you. I would make a nice YouTube video about XY7 and include chat logs in the video. Pump up the views and let it get indexed. People should know to steer clear of them.

Before reading this thread I was looking for a new network and found XY7 through
offer vault. I was about to join when I saw what they did to you and others around.

So instead I went to Stronger Ads and got approved.
I won't make XY7 not one dollar.

Company is done, high earners are gone and new blood will trickle at best or hardcore scammers will hit the network just for fun.

I was also with xy7.com since Dec2009 but never made any money the AM told me that they don't pay for impressions , is that right? I got 4,625 impressions but no money at all? I removed all their ads in my sites and told the guy I will not be working anymore to them. Sorry to heard what happen to OP here.

I get im's and calls every other day from xy7. They can suck it and so can there douche owner.

Its very obvious that xy7 is over but the scary thing is due to the internet nature may be this cocky kevin is sitting right now planning to open a new one as if he didn't make enough from victims.

hi guys, i am new here... as ive read all the post, i think i can relate... but mine is from a different site... but the worse is my account is still active i've heard that they terminated some of their affiliates then they left us hanging with no updates and email then suddenly we heard from one company here in our country that they are paid... how can i get even with this site???

Oh mans see,,, this happened a lot in past year,,, to me once so I live near where they say offices are,,, but I go there and its a grocery store. So they hide because they are scared,,, I thought business can not hide in this industry because I have been in denver and seen real offices of other networks but this is a joke,,, they hide.

you know man I can go this location is only like 10 away from me, because why other networks post videos of offices,,, these people hide.

when I lost my $$$ I had lady NiCole who was in trouble from state when she used to be a "drive by" appraiser,,, and her appraisals were bad so many times that over 90% defaulted mortgage notes,,, sad to ruin someone out of a home because you like to lie.. the whole company is bad news,,, I say mob style and get them!

if they work from a home they need a permit for it,,, so we look the name of owner up and then send people to collect! maybe it is a gated home,,, but you deliver pizza say wrong code given,,, just look up other close home numbers ,,, you can get in anywhere,,, plus find others like me who just get sent to our home country if we be in trouble,,, win win!

Thanks for writing this thread. I was actually going to signup with zx7 ,because I assumed they were a good solid network. This was a big help to me and very helpful to other noobs .

Never trust an affiliate manager. Ive sent xy7 a bunch of bh traffic a couple years ago and always got paid.

my account help about 1k , which was earned over a week.
pure black hat.
at that point i didnt even care.
they moved me onto xy7elite.
then when my account held 2k in 10 days, they banned me.
fuck em.

I stopped running traffic to them awhile ago. There are so many good networks out there I don't know why anyone would trust sending their traffic to these clowns. They were a solid network back in the day but I think greed and a major power trip have gotten the best of them.

What they did to Po when he started this thread sucks and is just the tip of the iceberg with them.

Alright, they really ********ed up. XY7 just shaved the earnings after they delayed and kept blowing me off every chance they got. Now... I'm going to make sure I master my viral marketing techniques and make sure their company gets known for ********ing people over.

Wow, personally i've been screwed over by a few networks and i've sent xy7 traffic without ANY problems. All of their AM's are very easy to get in touch with and always respond instantly to e-mails.

Take it as it is, but i can honestly say that i have not only been paid but there's never been an issue. There's a ton of CPA companies to choose to send your traffic to and if you send bad traffic, expect a bad result.

Apart from that to anyone who encounters this problem and is from the UK:

This falls under the law of agency and specifically under ostensible authority. It is reasonable for you to assume that your AM would have the authority to agree to any kind of deal like this and therefore legally there is a contract between you and the network.

They cannot go back and claim that it was in the TOS or anything as the agreement is timely after the agreemnt of the TOS. So they HAVE to pay you out legally and you can sue them if they do not.

This is only if your traffic is blackhat or whitehat though. It does not work if its illegal as courts do not enforce illegal contracts.
