They want people to pay for the $50 a year for the vip then sell the user created db for $20. Just hope it doesn't have it's members emails, passwords and stuff

ofcourse they can do this because the workers which are working in it they can do this if someone will complain to their administrator and tell the members of the guru then this all shit will be stop

To clarify this a bit I read over there that they were just parking some warez
databases on the site to sell.

I also checked the links on the DP thread and they were definitely seperate
from the main forum there. (This was a while back. I'm assuming they are
gone now.)

And why would he sell a profitable forum for $20 when he makes $50 a pop
for signups?

I do have to say however that it is quite shady for him to be selling warez
databases and I can't say where they came from or if it is legal at all but I
think the main gurusecret forum belongs to the same owner for the time
being.

Based on the fact that he is willing to sell warez databases filled with people's
personal information doesn't lend him much credibility and makes me wonder
whether he will sell this one when he is done with it.

I know one thing for sure though - they aren't getting any money or personal
info from me over there

I don't really know how much relevance this has, but if its true...someone is getting sued.

How can members of a warez forum sue the site administrator for selling their database. I would presume a membership on a warez website itself means you lose to right to resort to legal means of redressal!
