V*nce T*n Help Desk not worth Sh*t
This guy is a doozy. His sales emails have noreply(at)****.com and his help desk is flying solo and unmanned in the internet wilderness, so it seems.
I purchased CB N*che B*ilder from him and for some unknown reason it won't run on my computer.
I did the right think and sent a message to his helpdesk. I got an auto reply initially just asking about how or what I needed to do to get the app running. No reply. I've since sent 4 more requests and even opened a new ticket, asking V*nce to contact me re the application or a refund. Nada. Not a peep.
I managed to contact the creator of the application to see what the problem could be with the application. He has no idea why it won't run on my computer, and as he was not the reseller of the app it was V*nce responsibilty for a refund.
That I can understand, but where this other guy is I have no idea. I still get email offers from him with the same noreply(at)****.com nonsense.
