I just want to say we was fiew to get scammed by whywork
the website is down now

the story:

ive been buying GEAS desktop for 1500 dollars & receive an outdated version
wich i mean i never get GEAS working properly with gmail account
since 1 month Whywork is not answer any mail or any of the message we send him via AIM & we can see he still alive because there is activity on AIM statut

Some forum admin wich know well Whywork said he gonna release the big update soon , but since we never get any tool or any news (hes hidden)

i know someone send him again 3 k dollars for the new version (2 week ago)
but never receive any news from him since

Voila im peace off & would like to know your advice of what can i do & if its possible to take my money back or find im

i know whywork is around las vegas but does someone know his real name please & what is he adress ?

Just finished talking to whywork. I understand his point on methods dying and not staying alive forever. Its apart of the game. Now for the people who bought 2 licenses recently of his new project just contact him it seems hes working on a new project. Whywork answered my questions pretty quick, so just give him a shout or hopefully you paid with paypal and you can do a chargeback or ask for refund if youre not happy. As for his forum, I cant answer that question. Best bet is to talk to him since you paid him you must know his information and finding someone isnt that hard if it ever comes down to that...

The problem is hes not answer at all ,like for other members

Ok look It sucks what happened and you should continue pursuing whywork to get your money back.
HOWEVER in the mean time do this. Go buy mailerking for $150, It has everything whyworks mailer has and everything it will never have.

I did the math you're in it so far for approx 1500 + 3000 + 250 + 500.

If the mailer is what was holding you back. $150 solves it and get back to making money on the side while you try to get in touch with whyworks.

Well I'm the dude that got taken for 3k, a friend of mine got taken for 5500. I'm not sure who else got their $$$ stolen for Bulkstudio 2.0 and never received a product. I cannot comment on GEAS or earlier versions as I never used those products.

Whywork has been ignoring me for 3 weeks now since I initially sent him the funds. He was smart about it and asked me to send him the funds via paypal personal payment (which is non-reversable). The paypal account was linked to his pregnant wife's business. I was able to call her cell number and speak to her, I told her the situation and asked to speak to "whywork". She then gave him the phone, and I continually kept asking him when he's going to refund the thousands of dollars he stole. He kept telling me "your speaking to the wrong guy". I told him your wife said you are whywork, and you answered to the name of whywork. He then told me if I have an issue take it up with paypal. Then he hung up the phone on me.

I'm not sure what type of man puts his pregnant's wife in the line of fire when scamming a bunch of BH internet marketers. I decided not to call back the number and harass his pregnant wife. Karma is a bitch and he will feel the wrath sooner or later. If anyone wishes to pursue this further hit me up and I can share the information I have with you all. I spoke to a paypal supervisor and made them aware of the activity that was going on with Emma's paypal (being used for scamming). The account is being monitored and possibly locked.

I also wanted to add that when I sent deposit for Bulkstudio 2.0 I was told that only 5 copies were going to be released. So in actuality none of you guys were going to get an update either way.

Whywork has 3days to answer these threads before a perm ban.
And we will forward all details to those who wish to seek legal action against fraud if this is the outcome

Looking forward to an explanation now that shit is hitting the fan. Legal action was also recommended by the Paypal supervisor. They are willing to cooperate given the circumstances.

For future reference, an SLA or a similar type of agreement is pretty much standard with purchases of software over $1,000.00. These sorts of contracts outline what the licensor's and purchaser's rights are in the event of long-term issues.

Please never pay anywhere near $5500 for a piece of software....Unless maybe its built just for you by an amazing programmer.

Wow this is unfortunate. I always thought he was a reputable member.

ITS NOT PART OF THE GAME MAN.. if other softwares are still running why he himself and his dev cant update the software..

good thing I didnt buy it. Was thinking about it though. I knew something was up when somebody asked him "how can we make sure youll stand behind your product and not just dissapear and start selling a new mailer from a new username etc." he never got a response and he reposted the same question.

i went in jail for 3 month because i had some big..... piece of hash in my place (i was not dealer...)
my wife was pregnant of my second son for a little bit more of 6 month & i miss "Sasha givebirth" 6 day after in 2004 .....

its unfortionate when things like this happen and i am to blame yes for some of them, the truth of things is i am working on an updated version of our program and app, and will reinburst those that feel they are within our guidelines, we didnt mean to have our app stop working, nor did we do anything on purpose it wasnt our initial thought in mind we made bulk to use https when https became almost impossible to find we had issues switching and finding working reliable solutions to use in its place, we do have a build made for 2.0 though not completed it does use a new core engine similar to the one in full harvest, also anyone here wanting an updated copy of full harvest i am willing to include a recap ocr breaker integrated with decap api to harvest resumes and personals for free, also the current build has new features that utilize socks and http, currently the link creation on the fly and proxy scanner are finished the mailer itself is almost complete but those wanting those tools will be given what is done , also i had an aol account creator with unlimited threads made for the release of 2.0 i will include it free, as well as yahoo and aol ocr access for again free decap, once again im sorry the delay has taken longer than i should have and i should have responded its been almost hell and i know i cant exect that to make up for the time delay you have endured, but im me or email me, and i will make right any wrong you feel i have caused you.

How much did he pay you to post this? How about not responding to customers for weeks when they are paying monthly fees for pieces of shit that don't work? Must be our fault that the tools don't actually work & in reality they are worth 1/20th of the price in most cases. i was just using some script or Interspire Email Marketer with lot of success ...

Clickbank + Cpa etc....
& im using xrumer user ....so i have nothing to learn from you about synonym

What software he i selling anyway? $3k? I got cheap programmers that can make programs like that with prices and source code, etc.

Wow damage control at its finest(or not). I purchased craigs crawl way back when this whywork came here. From the start the results were lets just say garbage. I told him the problems over aim and he was such an arrogant prick about it. Finally after bothering him i got a refund. First impressions are lasting.

BEST THING I EVER DID

In the end I can only hope this gets resolved in a decent manner. I will say that whywork DID hit me up on aim while I was out. We will see how this turns out. It still doesnt explain being ignored for over a month and being left in the dark.

thats a big if. all the pictures and claims in the world are no good if there is no product. The kid probably spent all your hard earned money @ the slot machines or on drugs or something so he couldnt process a refund even if he wanted to... at least until he gets somebody else.

Whywork, I don't think anybody could blame you for technical issues necessitating a product update, or even for a product update taking longer than expected. But when the product is non-functional at the moment of sale, and you sell it as a functional product, for thousands of dollars, and then refuse to refund the buyer's money, that is fraud. And you have been calculatedly taking their payment in a manner that prevents them from getting a refund through Paypal while telling people who demand their money back to take it up with Paypal? I don't see where you provided an excuse for that... and I can't think of one.
