this place sucks so bad... i should have known when i moved all of my hosting away from them quite some time ago... but i left 1 of my domains with them.

my white hat site (my biggest money maker $250 to $400 per day) they did a simple renewal to my domain around 3 days ago, and they have completely fucked that up. The DNS is correct in my control panel but they have it pointing else where to some other name servers and refuse to acknowledge that it is a mistake on there part...

so little to say my site has been down for 2 days now with lost revenue

the site is sitting on my server along with another batch of white hat sites, so i know that it is not that end.

I just moved all of my hosted sites away from them. Horrible customer service and support. My sites would be randomly down for days at a time.

Took forever to get a refund.

yeah i had the same results with there hosting, as everything would be down unexpectedly for no reasons at all... with terrible customer service every time i called them.

as soon as i get this straightened out i am moving this domain ASAP out of there hands

For what it's worth I use Hostgator and am very happy..They have excellent customer/technical service that will usually answer your emails within the hour... I highly recommend them... Plus they have an affiliate program you can sign up for and get paid by signing up through your own referral link... It's like getting free hosting for the year.

JonD6996 - I heard hostgator is very strict with spam complains though, one of your subscribers complaining to them and they take you offline, are you only hosting whitehat with them?

I have had issues as well with apl*us.n*et as well, but I never hosted there. I am referring to their domain support. I left them over a year ago and transferred all of my domains away. I had about 200 or so there, anyway they are such idiots that I keep getting renewal requests and cancellation notices for domains that aren't even registered with them anymore. It's ridiculous!

I have contacted them twice about this and they keep saying they won't send anymore notices, but it never changes anything.

I promised myself I would never do business with them ever again.
