Anyways it just pisses me off, as the first 100 copys of this report sold like hot cakes and now the last 25 are taking forever to unload. Im really ready to just axe the whole project after the updates.


I say I have a nice legal doc inserted in all my .pdfs that says

"My products have not now, nor ever been available on digitalpoint forums . Any product with this tag for sell on digitalpoint forums will be considered in violation of copyright and the author,digitalpoint,its hosting company, and its ISP will all be prosecuted to the full extent of the law"


At the very least, should keep the digitalpoint modsquad vigilant.

Oh I've been busy,
Im in contact with my legal advisor right now, and hes doing all the nitty gritty for me. Right now I've got the names and addresses of both violators, the IP addys, and I'm contacting both adminstration here and on digitalpoint to have said members removed and IP banned. My legal advisor says hes filing injunctions against both of them (or something, I suck at legal shit) but hes handling the whole deal for me. Oh funfun to, one of the idiots put up a landing page on his network selling my product so I've contacted google and Im fairly sure within the week his entire network will be blacklisted for life.

My legal advisor has been in contact with one of the people in questions ISP (I dont know if he has talked to the seconds just yet, and I havent talked to him in an hour or so) but there connections should be shutdown fairly soon as well. Seems they already suspected moron #1 of similiar stuff, and Im not the first person to complain. So there going to be "investigating the issue with the proper authoritys" and said at the very least theyll pull the plug on this guys net.

this is the same guy with the same name ptpatil selling that stuff and the other guy it seems purchased this stuff from this ptpatil and tried reselling it, then with a warning by this ptpatil closed his thread at DP talking to admins there..
