just so I am straight with this. After you have built the network then you pass the whole thing over and I would continue to pay the hosting each year. I pay nothing more to you?

Thank you, we do not have a ready made sample site yet but I will send them over to you once we have it up n running.

Remember that we have setup these sites to look like an authority sites with real people/persona backing the site using totally different WHOIS info, IP Address, Themes & everything else so it sure looks really good!

Yes you sum it up correctly. You will have 100% ownership of everything including the high PR domains.

All you need to cover is the domain renewal & hosting fee and that's about it.

this looks awesome! what is the average da? or minumum da per domain? i dont care so much about pr as da/pa and a clean backlink profile. do these domain have non spammy profileS?

Average PA/DA would be around 30/20 with a clean backlink profile and non spammy profiles (checked thoroughly using archive.org and indexed pages/anchor texts/link source etc) and no chinese/russian spammy domains involved either (they have high DA value but very spammy link profiles which we avoid).

Most of the domains we purchased would be coming from personal blogs/restaurants/company profile type of sites (clean non SEO-ed sites).

I've PMed you.

.de not really viable simply because there won't be much aged expiring .de domains available at the marketplace in the first place for us to cherry pick the ones that are suitable with our strict criteria. So it's best to stick with the main TLDs.
