Right. Well my exact process is:

Proxy Madness (I've been using this before Scrapebox and liked it a lot), I then check with Scrapebox (I sometimes use L3 and other types), and finally use Proxyfire to test L1+L2 .

if u just want a fast tool to test a list for
working proxies b4 u test them in scrapebox
use bleach, set to 500 connection test.
it can test 30k in just over 5mins
ps - im an ex admin of proxyfire
