I scanned that download with updated version of Malwarebytes before I would execute or run it and it found a Trojan.Dropper:

Successfully removed.

Can you try to scan with Malwarebytes and see if you get the same thing I did?

Or is it because it is a proxy tool? Some virus scanners find things in proxy tools as being malware, etc.

if u looked at the symantic result it dates
from 2002 for that tool - but upto date
2011 tools dont show anything. but i always
say if in doubt - use charon its the best free
