Well, i could probably do 1 ad on 1 proxy.
That's all i need, i'm still new to CL and i just want to test everything before i start spending money on PVA's and proxies.

They aren't offering any proxies.. elite-proxy.net sells ebook which tells you how set up your own proxy server to acquire cheap proxies.. thats it..

I didnt say that i know the method how to get cheap proxies.. .. but its kinda obvious for anybody who ever bought vps or dedi.. if you own one you can buy additional ips.. here you go.. thats the method .. for more info how to setup everything you will have to google it :>
