PPC Rip Off Question

Someone has ripped off my product and is marketing it via ppc. Are there any ways that one can pay someone to click the ads all day etc... To make it unprofitable for him?

I know that google has click fraud measures in place, so would someone need to change ip's every click? or what?

No offense, but threads like this don't really help this forum in anyway. I honestly can understand how you feel, but I would keep these kinds of thoughts to myself and not post them on a public forum. Another solution would be to simply get in touch with them, let them know that you know what they are up to and if they don't stop you'll take action via other means. You could contact their host, let them know they are selling material that you own (I think you will find that hosts are rather cautious and will err on the side of safety and probably side with you as long as you present your case in a mature and clean manner).
