Yes if you want the crappiest cry baby around for service then pay "MILES" at Proxy51 and have them cancel your account and try to keep your money. Good customer service is worth a few pennies more trust me. Places like squidproxies.com will bend over backwards for you. and the prices are very reasonable. i cant say enough good about that place. Other places like anonymous proxies are wonderful as well. Fair price, good proxies. willing to go the extra mile. BUT Proxy61 .. stay away here is my experience in detail. concerned about the low price something had to be lacking i thought so, I sent a Pre sales question to support. I gave a site that i use to check blacklisting. and asked for the total of BL and to which ones their ip's are listed with.
I received no answered. first red flag. But I thought i would take a chance and test a package of 10. all but two were blacklisted. i could live with the BL on most of the 10 except for the BL that 2 ip's were on. I then wrote a nice letter and said hey i can live with that, but could you please replace the two i do not want.
24 hours later i finally get a reply. from a Miles.. who was denying that any of their ip's were on any black lists at all. he then threatened me that if they do show up on the black list that i mentioned, that their ip's are on that my account would be canceled , basically saying blame the customer to cover his ass sort of thing.
So i fired back , said don't be a tart to me, here is the black list reports which were done within a minute of receiving the order before i used them.
now it only took 3 minutes to get a reply, he cancels my subscription trying to keep my money, saying he didn't have to be called a Tard.
So i informed him that calling him a Tard wasn't against their TOS or against the law but stealing my money for no good reason is, and that he should start treating his customers better and stop suckling his thumb.
This Miles is nothing more than a crybaby with no business ethic, customer service skills, and is just another low life scamming every one INCLUDING Black Haters.. i thought we all had a common goal here?? and a unspoken understanding, that's the way it should be. .. If you want cheap you get what you pay for.. but fair warning when you spend time setting up your software with a big order and then a jerk like that pull childish BS.. it will cost you time, grief, and money in down time.
I almost bought 200 from them.. i was logging into my email to check to see if they replaced the two bad ones and got that instead...
Not worth the grief from the cocky, good for nothing NON-Customer service.or the sweat on my left testicle IMHO..
UPDATE: The must have seen this thread, I just received an email saying payment refunded... will see if it actually does hit my account or not.. And await a cover my ass response to this honest review I am sure. right Miles meow..
