It's good to use private proxies for both scraping AND posting.
But, you can probably get away with public proxies for scraping and private ones for posting.

Yeah I know that, i will definitely use the private proxies on my computer. But should I also use another proxies from the VPS? Or can I use the same proxies which I'll be using on my computer?

You should be able to use the same proxies. Proxies can really be used anywhere, but when they are overused, they can end up getting blacklisted and stop working well for scraping and posting.
But, since it's just two places, you should be fine.
