here is the tool that can get 2500 proxies everytime you click
and a proxy checker which filtered those which among them are eite and which anonymouse.
1.proxy leecher pro
2.freeze proxy checker

thats good and might get you a few hundred google
passed proxies at best. but if u learn how to port scan
for public proxies that arnt indexed then you can do this
but not without a port scanner

most of these proxies working...after checking i found good result..
