I need a us proxy for just 2 minutes so I can fill a cpa offer, it is not for me, and not for a friend, I just have to download something that is protected by content locker, but I live in Uruguay so...no offers

What I have to do? I read in this forum but I don't know nothing about proxies, and I just have to fill a 1 second offer
