Default How can I have several IPs on the same computer at once?

I need to submit an online form 6 times, and the submit has to occur all at the same time. I used to do this by having 6 different browsers open at the same time (chrome, firefox,IE,etc), but now the website blocks multiple submissions at the same time when they come from the same IP.

So I'd like to have 6 different browsers open, all with a different IP. The important thing is that all the IPs need to be the same speed, otherwise the form submits from the slower IPs will get rejected.

    How can I do this?

Easy Instructions on opening multi-browers, each with it's own IP address (http/https proxy):

    1) In Windows, use Start -> Run to enter:
    firefox.exe -no-remote -P
    2) Then, create 2 separate profiles.
    3) Then run 2 firefox instances like:
    firefox.exe -no-remote -P profile1
    firefox.exe -no-remote -P profile2
    4) Then, install Proxy Tool FF Addon on both instances (separate browsers).
    5) Configure each instance like it's own browser which will work with it's own proxy, and yes, with configured User Agent of your own choice in Proxy Tool FF addon, it will emulate Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari (iphone or ipad, whatever), etc.

    Screenshot (of actual configured instances):
