So did you try HMA??
The only point that goes against HMA is their log policy hence I do not recommend anyone to use them. Ive been using PureVPN for more than 6 months now and I believe they are worth giving a try. You said nothing black hat so this means you can try it without any issue..

Just to add..I dont think any of the top VPN providers are USA based..But all of them do offer USA servers which means you can access US only stuff easily
