I think the best options for you would be to use at least one private proxy per account without reusing that ip on other accounts. Or find an RDSL service. Most popular proxy services are most likely black listed by cl

use only one proxy for one P.V.A and make sure that they both belong to the same state and city.
Its the best practice. without using that tactics your IP and P.V.A are blocked by CL.
I suggest never ever use same proxy for more than one P.V.A.
