Is there a cheap hosting with multiple IPs to setup own private proxies?

Quick question:

Does anybody tested some of the bigger hosting companies with cheap monthly hosting and addon ips for setting up your own private proxies? A package like $2,99 or $4.99 for hosting and $2 every IP for example.

Never tested it, don't know if it works. Just an idea.

What do you think, how fast would the Ips be burned or the hosting company will kick you for any reason?

Yeah I tried it but the problem is that even though my VPS had more than 1 IP he outbound traffic was only bound to the primary IP no matter which IP address my inbound connections came from.

I'm looking at some application that can map 1 to 1 perhaps dante might do the job.
