Exclusive Canadian Proxies?

Anyone know where I can get private canadian proxies in various places across Canada? So far all I've come across is a few places that have 1 location in Canada. I also looked in the for sale section and e-mailed a few people but no responses. Let me know if you guys know of anywhere that sells a good variety of private canadian proxies.
