I'm going to run two licensed copies of Xrumer on unique Windows boxes, each of which will be connected to distinct broadband lines. Recommendations for obtaining open proxies will be greatly appreciated.

I have no ISP issues, so we don't have to worry about that sort of thing.

proxies for xrummer

If you have NO ISP issues then dont use any proxies... simple...

You will need some for Hrefer, but no need to pay for those ones.
