I have seen many posts saying the IPRental.com works for making PVA's and I have seen posts saying that the PVAs made through there service will get blocked. Can anyone please give us newbies a definative answer here?

If not what is the cheapest solution for this issue that is faster than gettig a dial-up account?

I think Making a PVA will work with ANY ip that is not banned.
It just has to do with how long that PVA will stay active, and how many flags it will raise, and how much it has previousley been used.

If you can continuosley re-verify your accounts, Ip-rental seems like a good cheap solution.

If there is a way to get phone numbers that you can re-verify for at least a month or so after the PVA is created, then you would really have something of serious value to the community.

Anyone khave any idea how this can be accomplished in bulk?

IPRentals are massively abused -- they're shared. Spend the money and get exclusive proxies.
